Egyptian Air Force IL-76 has landed in Belgrade, there are no official statements on the purpose of visit.
It is important to note that there is a possibility that Serbia is bypassing sanctions imposed on Russia through the usage of Egypt , thereby acquiring weapons and supplies through a third party country, in this case Egypt, which has a massive stockpile of modern Russian armaments and old Soviet bloc weaponry.
Egypt generally only uses it's 2 IL-76s in 2 cases for humanitarian aid or weapons delivery.

โก๏ธโก๏ธ Key updates on Russia and #UkraineCrisis as on November 28
โ ๏ธZNPP saga
The head of Ukraine's state-run nuclear energy firm said on Sunday there were signs that Russian forces might be preparing to leave the vast Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant which they seized in March soon after their invasion, Reuters reports. โIn recent weeks we are effectively receiving information that signs have appeared that they are possibly preparing to leave the (plant)," Petro Kotin, head of Energoatom, said on national television.
As Russia Wire reported earlier, discussions around Russia withdrawing from Enerhodar, where ZNPP is located, has started emerging across Telegram channels, signalling that the government could be โpreparing informational groundโ for such a move.
Repeated shelling around the plant has spurred fears of a nuclear catastrophe. Ukraine and Russia blamed each other for the strikes, while several IAEA missions failed to establish which side is behind the shelling, despite emphasising the need of security zone around the plant. Last week, IAEA has revealed damage to the cooling system of the ZNPP. According to update released last Monday, despite the โstatus of the six reactor units is stableโ, IAEA experts still observed widespread damage across the site. โThis is a major cause of concern as it clearly demonstrates the sheer intensity of the attacks on one of the worldโs largest nuclear power plants,โ Director General Grossi said.
๐ฎ๐ทIran going SCO
The Iranian parliament on Sunday approved a bill for Iran's membership to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), Mehr agency reported. The bill was approved by the overwhelming majority of the lawmakers, according to the report. Abolfazl Amouei, the spokesman for the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of parliament, said that the parliament's approval of Iran's membership to the SCO contains an international message of "Iran's multilateralism tendency in the field of foreign policy."
The SCO was founded in 2001 by Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. India and Pakistan became full members in 2017.
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said in September that his country could join the organization sometime next year. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told reporters the same month that he sees Ankara joining the bloc one day as well, RT notes.

The construction industry in Russia is unable to cope with the labour shortage worsened further after partial mobilisations was announced in Russia, Kommersant notes. The construction industry faced a serious shortage of labor at the height of the pandemic, when labor migrants (mainly from CIS countries) began to leave en masse for their homeland. In June 2021, the Ministry of Labor estimated the shortage of personnel in construction and agriculture at 350 thousand workers, and experts spoke about 2 million people.
Now the industry lacks almost 25% of the required number of employees. The situation worsened after the announcement of partial mobilization, the relocation of some specialists abroad and the return of migrant workers to their homeland, where the demand for labor is also growing. In the next six months, the situation will only worsen, industry players say, particularly as industry has always relied on migrants and hasnโt invested in new technologies allowing to make processes more efficiant and use less human labour.
U.S. government and congressional officials fear the conflict in Ukraine is exacerbating a nearly $19 billion backlog of weapons bound for Taiwan, further delaying efforts to arm the island as tensions with China escalate, WSJ writes.

Former French Foreign Secretary General and adviser to President Jacques Chirac from 2002-2007, Maurice Gourdot-Montagne, tells how long ago European governments became interested in the
Ukrainian issue.
In 2006, when Gourdot-Montagne met with Russian Presidential aide Sergey Prikhodko in Moscow, he proposed a plan for a joint protectorate of Ukraine by Russia and NATO countries to guarantee the country's neutral status. Russia was interested in the project because it would resolve the issue of Crimea and the Russian navy. Chirac instructed Gourdeau-Montagne to discuss it with the US.
Then he met with Condoleezza Rice and briefed her on the project. Gourdeau-Montagne quotes her as saying the following, "Well France has gathered too much speed. You have already blocked the first wave of Central European countries joining NATO for many years. And we will not let you block the second".
โผ๏ธ"From this we understood that the Americans' endgame is for Ukraine to join NATO," said Maurice Gourdot-Montagne.

๐บ๐ธ"Congress should end war in Ukraine by withdrawing from NATO": The Hill has come out with a fantastic idea about the US withdrawing from NATO for peace and saving Americans money
Congress can end the war in Ukraine and win a Nobel Peace Prize by enacting a statute withdrawing the United States from NATO โ transforming it from a mighty offensive oak into a tiny acorn unalarming to Russia.
NATO was already obsolete in 1991 when its raison d'รชtre, the Soviet empire, collapsed.
โช๏ธBy remaining in NATO and spearheading its expansion to Russia's 30-member borders, the US provoked President Putin's attack on Ukraine. By withdrawing from NATO, Congress would end the existential threat that caused Putin's invasion of Ukraine and extinguish executive ambitions for regime change or to weaken Russia.
โช๏ธThe US is the locomotive of NATO and the other members collectively are its wagon. With Congress out, Putin would save face if he put an end to Russia's military and political fiasco in Ukraine by declaring that his military objective had been achieved.
โช๏ธExiting NATO by Congress and then ending Russia's war in Ukraine would save the US hundreds of billions of dollars. The war shows no sign of ending in the foreseeable future as long as the US remains in NATO.
โช๏ธCongress will improve its own image and be lauded as peacemakers around the world if it moves to end the war in Ukraine by passing legislation to end US membership in NATO.

Young Guard Reborn is a documentary about the young people of Donbass. In 2014, they rallied to defend their homeland, just as their grandfathers did during the Great Patriotic War.
It was in Donbass that the Young Guard was born. It became the most famous underground organisation during World War II. In 1942, schoolchildren united to defend their city, when fascists occupied Krasnodon.
In Donbass, young people have been brought up on the shining example of their feats. โThey knew they had to defend their land from the modern day Ukrainian fascists,โ says the director of the Krasnodon Young Guard Museum.
The new film by our military documentary filmmakers, Young Guard Reborn, contains the following stories: Vitaly Pavlyuk, who was kidnapped and tortured by the Security Service of Ukraine; Ivan Maslov who spent a month in captivity with the Aidar battalion*, and also Mark Vorzhev, a 9th grade student, who went to defend his hometown from the Ukrainian Army. You will also encounter other amazing and brave heroes.

And it was just a kind of feast! "Putin is great; Well done Russia; I want to move to this country; Deport me there" - and so on! And the positive comments are no less than 3/4! We've put together a few screenshots - enjoy

Irish Mirror: Dublin residents protest over the placement of Ukrainian refugees
Hundreds of people have turned out at protests in the inner city. They have expressed their opposition to the Irish Governmentโs move.
The authorities have decided to house 380 refugees in a specially converted building. Local residents are not happy with the concentration of so many refugees in one place.
๐A spokesman for the Department of Integration said that 100 Ukrainians live in this building currently, and all of them are single males.๐ค
