Washington is obliged to buy more weapons to compensate for "aid" to Kiev
Admitted US Assistant Secretary of Defence Douglas Bush, Reuters has reported.
He detailed that since February 2022, Washington had sent Kiev about 17.9bn dollars worth of weapons.
To at least partially compensate for losses, the White House has already signed contracts worth $2.6bn with major US arms companies.
And this already exceeds the planned budget of the U.S. Defense Department by 15%.

๐ What did Duda tell Vovan and Lexus...?
A good prank is a strategic weapon. Even more so when the goal is to quickly find out the enemy's intentions in a sharply escalating situation.
Vovan and Lexus hooked the Polish President immediately after the Ukrainian missile hit Polish territory. And their performance was worthy of a combat order! Hearing Duda at the very peak of escalation in a rather trembling voice that he does not want to go to war even if the missile turned out to be Russian (but let the overseas bosses make all the decisions in any case) - that's priceless!
We hope the Polish people will appreciate this.

๐บ๐ธ๐บ๐ฆA US AGM-88 HARM rocket fired by Ukrainian forces missed its target in September and hit a residential building in Kiev-controlled Kramatorsk, injuring three people, the New York Times reported.
According to local residents, and judging from the debris found at the scene, the US-made missile fired by the Ukrainian forces wounded three civilians, the New York Times has reported. According to the report, this happened on 26 September at around 6pm.
P.S. As recent events show, such "misses" are not unique and continue to this day.

The main statements of Russia's permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzi, at the urgent meeting on Ukraine:
- Ukrainian air defense is to blame for civilian casualties and damage to peaceful infrastructure;
- Pumping Ukraine with weapons leads to the deaths not only of Donbas residents, but also of Ukrainian cities;
- Ukrainian nationalists began repressions against civilians on the right bank of the Dnieper River;
- Russia will continue to limit Ukraine's military potential until Kiev takes a realistic position in negotiations;
- Russia expects principled assessments from international organizations on Ukraine's non-compliance with humanitarian law.

According to Politico, governments from Ottawa to Oslo are racing to figure out how to more quickly buy and build new weapons as the war in Ukraine drains their stockpiles at an unrelenting pace.
The West is looking for ways to surge production of anti-armor weapons and new air defenses, and is dipping deep into reserves of artillery ammunition as the Ukrainians pop off 5,000 to 6,000 rounds a day.
The Pentagon is rushing to develop a roadmap to speed up foreign arms sales, partially due to the experience in trying to restock European allies.
That was a major concern during NATOโs latest summit in Brussels last month, where cables describing closed-door meetings seen by POLITICO showed deep concern over the industryโs ability to meet countriesโ needs in the short term.

โ๐น Scott Ritter: Russia turned out to be too merciful to the Ukrainians
โPeople don't understand how many Iraqis we killed in Desert Storm. We went in on day one we killed 10,000 right off the bat. If they were in their trenches, didn't want to surrender we just bulldozed over we weren't wasting time. We're not going to sit there and negotiate.
And that's what I would have done to the Ukrainians. I would have slaughtered them. I would have come in and I would have taken out their command and control and we've taken out their logistics. I would have taken out everything they need to function then I would have come in doctrinally and I would have just annihilated them - wiped them out.
But the Russians aren't going to do that because that's not how Russia wages war against Ukraine. Russians don't want to bomb Ukraine they all went to school with the Ukrainian officers. These are their childhood friends. They're best friends and now they've got to go to war against these guys.
The decisions that Russia is making right now can only be made right now why it had to take eight months for the Russian people to come to the recognition that the Ukrainians actually hate them. All the time that you've been soft onto Ukrainians, Ukrainians hate you and what they want to do is kill you.โ

On the formation of a "battalion of Ukrainian POWs"
Yesterday Russian media began reporting about the completion of a formation of a battalion made up of former AFU soldiers. But this is not quite precise. Here is what the original news looks like:
DONETSK, November 24. /TASS/. A battalion of Ukrainian prisoners of war has been formed in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was reported to TASS by a representative of the region's security forces on Thursday.
"The battalion, which includes Ukrainian prisoners of war, has already been fully formed. The guys are already prepared to go to the front line," the source said.
He added that the battalion would include 50 former Ukrainian servicemen who voluntarily defected to the side of the republic.
On September 24 the Ukrainian prisoners of war held in the penal colony in Yelenovka turned to the People's Council (parliament) of the Donetsk people's republic (DPR) with a request to join the Cossack battalion named after Bogdan Khmelnitsky which was being formed. They passed their proposal verbally through the chairman of the legislature, Vladimir Bidyovka."
Comment. Thus, we see that it is not a battalion of Ukrainian prisoners, but a battalion that includes 50 former Ukrainian prisoners of war. And that makes a huge difference. But this is also the most correct form of "inclusion". Really, it is not acceptable to create separate units out of former prisoners of war. They should be incorporated in proportion into other units of the Russian Armed Forces.

โพAfter the Ukrainian SBU recent raids on churches and cult places, this is the text of the announcement on the doors of St. Nicholas Cathedral in Nikolaev.
โพ"We insist that you read your prayers in Ukrainian only. If you read the prayers in Russian, sickness and sorrow will fall upon you".
NT note: This is very weird, actually. Russian Orthodox believers are normally supposed to pray in ancient Slavic, which is equally remote from modern Russian and Ukrainian ๐คทโโ
Anyway, it's clear enough that those notes are a purely political statement and have nothing to do with the spirit of Christianity.

Ukrainian officials have told their U.S. partners that they are low on certain types of electric transformers, but the West is having difficulty providing them to Kiev, the U.S. magazine โForeign Policy" reports.
According to the article, former and current Ukrainian officials are telling anyone willing to listen on Capitol Hill, that they are desperate for transformers.
"High voltage transformers are needed most of all," - Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Viktoria Voytsitskaya, who according to the magazine tuns lobby work, is quoted as saying.
She also claims that, unfortunately, in Ukraine has only one manufacturer that can produce a maximum of three transformers in six months. According to Voytsitskaya, Kiev needs much more of such equipment.
According to Foreign Policy's assessment, there will be no quick fix for transformers. The periodical reports that Kiev also requests spare parts and various heating equipment. A source from among assistants to Members of U.S. Congress noted that the Biden administration "was caught a bit off guard" in relation to the Ukrainian requests.
The article specifies that Voytsitskaya is seeking at least 15 new transformers from the United States. The publication notes that equipment from the USA and the EU might not be suitable for the Ukrainian energy system.

For all those curious about U.S. biolabs in Ukraine (including those claiming it is just Russian propaganda)
Judicial Watch announced today it received 345 pages of records from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), a component of the U.S. Department of Defense, revealing that the United States funded anthrax laboratory activities in a Ukrainian biolab in 2018. Dozens of pages are completely redacted, and many others are heavily redacted. The records show over $11 million in funding for the Ukraine biolabs program in 2019.
No doubts, the document (you can download the full pdf) doesnโt reveal anything on the real research done in those biolabs (to confirm Moscow's claims) or eplain why would U.S. President Joe Bidenโs son Hunter Biden attract funds for these biolabs, but it is enough to start investigating further.
