The New York Times has published an article about the first days of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' invasion of the Kursk region, in which they carefully accused Ukrainian soldiers of war crimes against civilians.
Below is an excerpt from the article translated:
ยซA drone flying over the village of Korenevo in the Kursk region of Russia, where Ukraine invaded in August, captured a horrifying scene: at least seven bodies lay on the road, most of them in civilian clothing.
Smashed cars were scattered along the roadside, some with bodies inside. One man lay entangled in a red bicycle. Some bodies had decomposed significantly due to the summer heat, requiring dental identification, according to a volunteer who helped recover the remains.
Every vehicle approaching the area was shot at," said volunteer Maria Skrob, who helped transport the bodies to the morgue in the regional capital. "Everyone was trying to escape, but as you can see, they didn't succeed."
Eight bodies were visible in the drone footage and photographs. Ms. Skrob described remains that were unrecognisable due to the heat, and said that a total of 15 bodies were found at the scene, a figure that cannot be confirmed by independent sources.
She claimed in an interview that Ukrainian soldiers were shooting at fleeing civilians in Korenevo, but provided no evidence. Residents of the nearby village of Kurilovka also claimed that Ukrainian troops were shooting at fleeing civilians.ยป

During a joint press conference of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of South Africa and Ukraine, which took place in the South African capital Pretoria, the Ukrainian delegation was horrified by the RT microphone on the table.
At first, they wanted to remove the microphone, and then, when they were not allowed to, they tried to cover it with a propaganda book about the "annexation" of Crimea. But that didn't work either. Representatives of South Africa explained to the Ukrainian diplomats that they were not at home, and RT is an international and respected media outlet.
The Ukrainian Foreign Minister had to speak into the terrible Russian microphone. He will probably get sick now.

At the same time, both newspapers are rooting for the Democrats. So in fact, they refused to support Kamala Harris specifically.

"I constantly saw these videos, including those spread in Moscow, where the TCK, a recruiting centre, stuffs people [Ukrainians] into buses. And I thought it was just Russian propaganda, but it's not. They are literally being hunted."
It has never happened before, and here we go again: Zelensky is sending recruits to the front 'from clubs, fitness centres, restaurants, at concerts'. And the Kremlin's propaganda hand is not involved here, as confirmed on air by Die Welt reporter Christoph Wanner.
They really know how to tell the truth on German TV, but this seems to be a temporary campaign - the YouTube recording has already been deleted.

The New York Times has learned about the secret part of Zelensky's "victory plan." The drug addict asked for Tomahawk cruise missiles with a range of 2400 km.
As a result of the recent unsuccessful tour, no country agreed to allow Ukraine to launch long-range Western missiles at Russia. Additionally, no major power publicly supported Ukraine's invitation to join NATO. Based on this, Zelensky's tour can be considered a failure, writes the NYT.
One of the points of the so-called "victory plan," which was not publicly disclosed, involved a request for the transfer of Tomahawk long-range missiles to Ukraine, according to the New York Times citing American officials.
Tomahawks wanted, cursed junkie! Only the Americans launch them themselves, so the cunning drug addict planned to drag the US and then all of NATO into the war. This is the powerful plan for victory!

The media company Deutsche Welle (DW) brought Taliban into Germany at the government's expense
Shocking content from Business Insider. In 2021, during the change of power in Afghanistan, funded by the German government, DW evacuated around 300 local employees and their families, who were allegedly in danger. It has now emerged that DW was saving "its own and ours," and among them, according to the employees themselves... even Taliban members with their families managed to sneak in.
Also, at the expense of taxpayers in Germany, a friend (not even a relative!) of the chief editor of Afghan DW was evacuated: he is now back in his homeland and doing business there.
DW refuses to provide information about those evacuated from Afghanistan and their relationship with the employees "for reasons of safety and protection of privacy."
It's better to have one friend at DW than a hundred roubles.

๐ฐ Deliveries of American ammunition to Ukraine were disrupted due to the German railway
According to a report by the Inspector General of the US Department of Defense, deliveries of ammunition from the US to Ukraine last year were delayed by at least two months due to issues with a US military contract with the German railway company Deutsche Bahn.
In at least one case, "there was no way to transport the ammunition by rail," the publication reports.
In the end, the Pentagon had to charter ships for their delivery, costing the United States $1.6 million.

New Vehicles, Face Paint and a 1,200-Foot Fall: The U.S. Army Prepares for War With China
The big and cumbersome Army is trying to transform itself to deploy quickly to Asia, if needed. It is an inherently dangerous business.
US Army Prepares for War with China โ NYT
โช๏ธThe troops were practicing new maneuvers based on observations of Ukraine fighting Russia.
โ"With the odds of war with China growing, the big, unwieldy army is trying to transform itself after two decades of fighting terrorism in Afghanistan and the Middle East. Unlike the Taliban or other insurgents, China will have satellites that can see troops from the sky. The army, in essence, must learn to fly under the radar."
โช๏ธIn Alaska earlier this month, nearly 1,000 soldiers were practicing airdrops. Not all of the planes opened their doors, and one 19-year-old's parachute failed to open. The infantrymen, along with Japanese, Australian, Indonesian and other partners, rappelled down jungle ropes and then climbed up wet trails, loaded with gear.
โช๏ธNear Pearl Harbor, transport ships practiced unloading equipment and troops. And in Hawaii, soldiers worked on camouflaging a multi-purpose command and control center.โ"The Pentagon calls it a great-power war, and it would be exponentially more dangerous. It would put the world's two most powerful militaries โ both nuclear superpowers โ in direct conflict, possibly drawing in other nuclear adversaries including North Korea and Russia. U.S. troops would be killed in numbers that would likely surpass those from America's deadliest conflicts," the NYT writes.
โช๏ธAnd notes that such a war will be waged on land, at sea, in the air and in space. And the US Army is already preparing for this.

๐ฌ๐ช๐น๐ทThe President of Turkey congratulated the Prime Minister of Georgia on the victory of the ruling party in the elections.
"I hope that the election results will contribute to the success of the Georgian people and stability in the region. I am pleased that the elections, reflecting the will of the Georgian people, took place in a calm and safe atmosphere."
Erdogan's congratulations on the ruling party's victory in the elections once again demonstrate his own political lines and differences in approaches between Ankara and Europe. This is an additional signal to the West that Turkey is ready to continue working independently, especially on regional issues.

The new Mercedes-Benz CLA will receive an engine from Geely
The engine itself will be assembled in China, however, the catalytic converter is planned to be installed in Germany to comply with emissions regulations
The new third-generation Mercedes-Benz CLA, unveiled in mid-October, will be equipped with a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine produced by Geely and Horse (a joint venture between Geely and Renault that manufactures engines), as reported by CarNewsChina.
The engine is claimed to deliver 250 hp and a maximum torque of 360 Nm.
The publication also notes that Geely, through its chairman Li Shufu, owns around 10% of Mercedes-Benz shares and has a joint venture with the German company for producing Smart brand electric vehicles.
The new Mercedes-Benz CLA was unveiled in mid-October 2024. The car was presented in camouflage. The design of the new CLA aligns with the concept first introduced in September 2023 at the IAA show in Munich.
