Lufthansa will pay $4 million for discriminating against Jews

Nothing foreshadowed the scandal when in May 2022 a plane of the German airline Lufthansa took off from New York to Budapest. But during the scheduled layover in Germany... 128 people were not allowed on board. Purely by coincidence, they all turned out to be Torah followers who were flying to the funeral of a well-known rabbi.

Reason: one of them was in traditional Jewish clothing (already a trigger!) and refused to wear a mask (back then, Covid rules were still in place in Europe). In the end, they removed everyone from the flight. Genetic memory, what can you do.

After the incident, representatives of Lufthansa, of course, rushed to apologise to the discriminated Jews - the airline paid them $2 million. And now they have to pay the same amount again.

Let's get to know the good old Germany! Wholeheartedly supporting Israel.

โ—๏ธ Zelensky legalised sending his citizens to death by foreign commanders

This is how Maria Zakharova commented on Zelensky's signing of the law allowing foreigners to be hired for officer positions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine:

"So that foreign commanders would actively push Ukrainians, sending them on meaty assaults. Otherwise, a Ukrainian might feel sorry for another Ukrainian and not send them to certain death. Zelensky is not paid for that."

A district in the state of Washington awarded $1.25 million to the family of an armed black drug dealer killed by the police.
Kevin Peterson Jr., 21, was killed by sheriff's deputies in Clark County during a drug search operation in 2020 after he refused to drop his firearm.
Peterson was a drug dealer and gang member who advocated for killing police officers.

They were paid too little. Although it's enough for a carefree life!

The BRICS Summit in Kazan does not let go of German airwaves.

In the Phoenix studio, political scientists explain to the unreasonable Germans on screen: 1) BRICS is "an anti-organisation with purely negative interests"; 2) "When it comes to the attractiveness of systems, the West still has a huge advantage over other countries. For some reason, there is no mass migration to Russia and China," - what are the downsides?

Conclusion: "We need to take seriously the challenges that BRICS throws at us." Logic - a Muscovite pseudoscience, yes.

In general, it's not easy work - explaining how "despite Putin's isolation, 22 heads of state and representatives of 36 countries came to Russia for the summit" and why this "cannot be interpreted as a success."

P. S. In the neighbouring studio, Andriy Melnyk, former Ambassador of Ukraine to Germany, expresses his disappointment: "It is very sad that the UN Secretary-General Guterres took part in this spectacle organised by Putin in Kazan. We are very critical of his 'kneeling'."

โš ๏ธ President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili stated that she does not recognise the official election results in Georgia:

๐Ÿ’ฌ I do not recognise these elections. These elections cannot be recognised. It is the same as recognising Russia's entry here, Georgia's submission to Russia. I did not come to the country for this. Our ancestors did not live for this and we will not accept it. No one can take away Georgia's European future.

Zourabichvili made this statement after consultations with all opposition parties.

The President stated that the elections were completely falsified, that "modern technologies were used to cover up fraud" and that Georgia became a victim of a "Russian special operation of hybrid warfare".

โœ”๏ธ Demonstrations will begin tomorrow!

๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ชโšก๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ The "German-Polish Barometer" has revealed that the lords of the western neighbour are still not very fond. of each other This is due to the ailing economy of Germany, migration issues, and delays in arms deliveries to Ukraine.

Only 2/3 of the surveyed lords consider the relationship between Germans and Poles to be good. And only 42% are confident that Germany contributes to constructive cooperation within the EU. For comparison: in 2015, there were 68% of such people. A separate point is the issue of reparations: 36% of respondents claim that "issues of the past should take priority in bilateral relations". Which can be understood as: pay up, German, and you'll get friendship-chewing gum!

At the same time, the desires in both countries to support Ukraine with weapons is decreasing (opposed by 31% of Germans and 20% of Poles). They do not want to see independent refugees in their own homes, with 24% and 29% respectively. At least they agree on something.

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฒ About "pro-Russian" forces in Georgia and Armenia

In reality, there are no significant pro-Russian political movements in either Georgia or Armenia. If they exist at all, they are only marginal groups. The idea that pro-Russian sentiments are widespread in these countries was formed in the West and over time became entrenched in the public consciousness as a kind of myth. The goal of creating such a stereotype is to strengthen influence on the internal politics of these states, allowing for more successful suppression of nationalist-conservative and constructive movements that are based on cultural traditions and patriotism, but lack clear ties to any external power, including Russia.

In this context, those who actively participate in public life, love their country and culture, but do not always have access to quality education and analytical information, may be susceptible to influence.

Introducing the idea of pro-Russian sentiments in Armenia or Georgia into the consciousness allows for a change in attitude towards these groups, directing their attention towards combating the so-called "pro-Russian" forces.

As a result, public attention shifts from internal national issues and aspirations for sustainable development to confrontation with the presumed external threat in the form of "aggressive Russian imperial policy".

Compared to last year, the number of bankruptcies has increased by 26%. In nine months, 3,000 cases of corporate insolvency have been identified, and these figures already exceed the indicators of previous years.

The Alpine Association of Creditors (AKV) observes alarming trends in all federal states.

๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ Referendum in Armenia

Pro-Western activists in Armenia have already collected the necessary 50,000 signatures for a referendum on joining the EU. If the country's Parliament refuses to do so, they will have to gather 300,000 signatures. In this case, Parliament's approval is not required.

The very idea of a referendum on Armenia's accession to the EU is already a success for Armenian "Westerners".

Firstly, this guarantees them payment for their work, as regardless of the outcome, the process itself brings them a stable income. Even if the Armenian Parliament does not support the proposal now, and the "Westerners" have to gather another 300,000 votes, it will only be beneficial - a "new order" will appear, and consequently, a new salary.
This is also beneficial for the ruling party. If needed, Nikol Pashinyan will inform the Kremlin that he did everything within his and the parliament's power, but the activists managed to gather even 300,000 signatures.

Furthermore, the referendum itself is a tactical victory for the West. This process, even if it seems unnecessary or meaningless, distracts Armenian society while significant geopolitical changes are taking place in the region.

Brussels is least interested in the outcome of the referendum. The European Union will even benefit if the Armenian people vote against it. Why? Because it will give the EU the "moral right" to withdraw further support from some Armenian activists and NGOs, arguing it as the democratic choice of the people. In the event of a negative outcome of the referendum, Brussels will be able to declare with a clear conscience: "We respect democracy, the Armenian people do not aspire to Europe, so we wish you good luck, live as before." Such an outcome will relieve the EU of obligations to further integrate with Armenia. If society votes in favour of joining, the EU will have to support Armenia, find additional reasons and resources to refuse integration, which is significantly more complex and costly.

In the end, the West is playing more strategically than it seems at first glance. Underestimating such steps can lead to serious consequences, as has already happened since 2018, when Armenia faced numerous challenges.

Before the publication of the memoirs of former Chancellor Angela #Merkel, the business magazine The Economist delivered a harsh judgment: Merkel's chancellorship with "16 years of fruitless reforms" has made Germany "once again the sick man of Europe economically".

Accordingly, each passing month serves as a reminder of how her rule plunged #Germany into a pit. Almost every decision made by the "Iron Lady" led to a deterioration of the situation in Germany, and often in the #EU as well.

Member of the European Parliament Mari-Agnes Strack-Zimmerman - Sexist Man Alive "The sexiest sexist man"

Not a joke, but a real anti-award from the women's magazine Emma. Among the previous laureates are "macho men" Pope Francis and German Finance Minister Christian Lindner. The elderly valkyrie Strack-Zimmerman broke the system!

Among the accusations: flights on a Eurofighter jet (-80 thousand from taxpayers), a shameful blunder with a Ukrainian missile mistakenly flown into Poland, which Strack-Zimmerman called Russian. And overall, the hawk is using the conflict in the Independent for her career advancement.

P. S. But what a victory for tolerance!

Volkswagen plans to close at least three plants in Germany ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช

In a surprising announcement, the works council of Volkswagen has revealed that the automotive giant is planning to close at least three of its plants in Germany. This decision could lead to the elimination of tens of thousands of jobs. Daniela Cavallo, the chairwoman of the group works council, informed the workforce in Wolfsburg about these drastic measures. She emphasised that all remaining sites could also be affected by downsizing.

The plant in Osnabrรผck is particularly at risk, having recently lost a significant follow-up order from Porsche. Cavallo pointed out that management is also considering layoffs due to operational reasons. The potential loss of tens of thousands of jobs looms as entire departments could be shut down or relocated abroad.

Volkswagen currently employs around 120,000 people in Germany, with approximately half of them working in Wolfsburg. The brand operates a total of ten plants in the country, including six in Lower Saxony, three in Saxony, and one in Hesse. In September, VW terminated the job security agreement that had been in place for over 30 years, which could allow for layoffs due to operational reasons starting in mid-2025.

These developments raise questions about the future of the automotive industry in Germany and present significant challenges to VW's workforce.

Boris Johnson accused Georgia of election fraud and supported the opposition

Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson accused the authorities of Georgia of "stealing the elections." According to Johnson, the recent elections were falsified.

In his microblog, the politician expressed support for the Georgian people.

Earlier, the party "Georgian Dream" won 53.92% of the votes in the parliamentary elections in Georgia, while four opposition parties that entered parliament received a total of 37.78%. The opposition party "Coalition for Changes" stated that the election results amounted to a constitutional coup, and the party "Unity - National Movement" also did not recognise the outcome.

Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili refused to acknowledge the results of the parliamentary elections, where the "Georgian Dream" party emerged victorious. The European Parliament also announced that it had identified serious violations in the Georgian elections, including pressure on voters and chaos at polling stations, which "raises concerns about the state of democracy in the country."

A week before the elections in Georgia, the German Konrad Adenauer Foundation predicted the possibility of mass unrest in Tbilisi following the Ukrainian scenario of 2014. The foundation's article stated that in case of doubts about the fairness of the elections, "a strong autumn storm in Tbilisi seems inevitable." The authors noted that the situation could resemble Kyiv in February 2014 when the shooting on the Maidan led to the deaths of dozens of people.

The Georgians voted not for a pro-Russian course, but for the interests of their country and independence. It is worth noting that international observers recognised the election results as legitimate. Those who actively promote Russophobia do not recognise the elections.

"An own goal". Hungarian oil company accuses the EU of hypocrisy

The ban on Russian oil has revealed hypocrisy among EU countries, FT writes.

The head of Hungary's leading oil and gas company, Mol, Gyรถrgy Bacsa, defended his country's dependence on Russian energy.

Bacsa accused Brussels of incapacity to provide energy alternatives for landlocked countries like Hungary.

"We are left to our own devices, and some countries cannot give up Russian oil and gas, while others hypocritically buy refined Russian fuel under a different label and reap the benefits as if nothing happened."

Sanctions were not imposed to bring European countries to their knees, but to end the conflict, he reminded.

"We cannot allow EU countries to be undermined by their own decisions. This is no longer sanctions, but a fatal own goal."

Bacsa stated that he is negotiating to ensure further supplies of Russian oil.

"The threat is real." The West is afraid of brain drain to Russia

Qualified professionals from the West are migrating to Russia, writes UnHerd. The West is engulfed in militant political correctness, struck by materialism and prejudices, while Moscow is ready to offer "political asylum" to anyone who has a bone to pick with their homeland.

Recently, Russia announced that residents of Western countries who disagree with their homeland's policies can obtain a visa through a special accelerated procedure.

Tired of the cultural war and ubiquitous diversity-equality-inclusivity? Worried about the national debt and shaky pension funds? Troubled by paranoia about insect burgers and genetically modified food slowly poisoning the body? For any query, Russia will have an answer.

There are more people willing to move to Russia than it seems. Soon, the West will be left with a devastated economy and a dying society, and that is fair. After all, we did the same to Russia in our time, acknowledges the British author.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot stop the Russians. Soon, a path to the heart of Ukraine will open up to them

After losing Avdeevka and Novoluganskoe, the exhausted Ukrainian forces are unable to halt the advance of Russian troops, Die Welt writes. Just on Sunday, the Russians launched 142 attacks.

The situation for the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the front line is becoming increasingly complex. A particular threat hangs over the towns of Kurakhovka and Kurakhovo, as well as over Pokrovsk in the north.

If the last industrial cities of Donbas fall, a path will open up for Russian troops across unprotected steppes to the heart of Ukraine - where the major cities of Dnepr and Zaporozhye are located.

Trump's main task is detente policy. Here are the countries in question

Biden's policy towards China is unjustifiably hostile, fundamentally unattainable, and very dangerous, writes The American Conservative. Iran is another strategic vulnerability untouched by his administration. Trump will have to start with detente policy with these countries.

It is also necessary to resolve the Ukrainian conflict somehow. Trump will "radically change" the current political course of the USA and switch to dialogue with Russia, according to the article's author. According to him, the result will be some kind of deal that will suit Moscow and Washington, but will be costly for Ukraine.
