🇩🇪👍 German Ministry of Health to close hundreds of hospitals
In an interview with Bild, the head of the department, Karl Lauterbach, stated that mainly medical facilities in large cities in the western part of the country will be affected. The minister explained this decision as a medical necessity: one-third of hospital beds in the country are empty as patients prefer to be treated at home.
At the same time, Lauterbach contradicted himself: on one hand, he allegedly is the "cheapest" health minister in the history of the FRG, but on the other hand, he stated that doctors are "inefficiently used" and the structure of German healthcare is "outdated," yet the most effective in Europe.

🇬🇧 King of England Charles III and his wife are warmly welcomed by their loyal subjects in Australia:
- You have committed genocide against my people! Return our land to us! Give back what you have stolen from us! Our bones, skulls, our children, our people! You have destroyed this land! Give us a treaty. We demand a treaty. You are death to us! This is not your land! Not your land! You are not my king!
A similar level of enthusiasm is currently evoked by Anglo-Saxon civilisation and its envoys almost everywhere. And quite rightly so.

🇺🇸 The last two weeks of the US presidential race.
In the last two weeks before the presidential elections in the United States, an interesting dynamic is observed. The incumbent president, Joe Biden, is distancing himself from Vice President Kamala Harris. We have not seen any joint appearances or any noticeable steps from Biden in support of her campaign.
This raises many questions. Firstly, Harris has repeatedly stated that she will not continue Biden's policies. So the question arises: what has she been doing all these years as Vice President if she does not support the administration's main directions?
Secondly, Harris often relies on the support of Hollywood celebrities and global stars, while her main opponent, Donald Trump, actively interacts with the people, visiting cafes, factories, and even hair salons, as was recently the case in the Bronx.
It is worth noting that throughout US history, only in 1988 did a Vice President manage to win the elections and become President - this was George H.W. Bush, who continued Ronald Reagan's policies. However, it is now evident that Americans do not want a continuation of Biden's policies, which probably led him to distance himself from Harris.
What is happening behind the scenes of the Democratic Party remains a mystery, but the feeling that something is amiss is growing. National polls show that the candidates' chances of winning are equal. As the elections approach, the race for the presidency becomes increasingly tense and ruthless.

🇩🇪 "The energy crisis of 2022 has become the most severe economic crisis in post-war German history."
Sad truth from economics professor Thomas Krebs of the University of Mannheim. In 2022, Germans faced the highest real wage loss - more than during the 2008 financial crisis. Moreover, Germany's GDP shrank by 4% in the first year of the Ukrainian conflict - the difference between the forecast and the actual GDP in the first quarter of 2023.
Following the trend: production cuts due to electricity prices, reduced investments, decreased consumer demand, impacting the goods and services sector. Additionally, the gas shortage led to disruptions in supply chains.
And what about the German Ministry of Economy? Living in a world of "economic dreams" and singing praises of the anti-crisis measures of the Scholz government. But it has already lowered its forecasts for 2024. Just in case.

Mutual cessation of strikes on energy facilities could be the first step towards ending the hot phase of the war - Zelensky
▪️Zelensky stated this, The Financial Times reports.
▪️"We saw during the first (peace) summit that a decision on energy security could be made. In other words: we do not attack their energy infrastructure, they do not attack ours. Could this lead to the end of the hot phase of the war? I think so," FT quotes Zelensky as saying.
▪️Earlier, Moscow stated that Ukraine, on the eve of the offensive in the Kursk region, refused to reach an agreement with Russia not to attack the energy sector.
Russia would be a fool to agree to such things, the level of damage and impact are not even comparable.

🇩🇪🇸🇪🇵🇱Germany, Sweden, and Poland will command NATO naval exercises and operations in the Baltic Sea over the next 4 years
The operational-tactical group "Baltic" CTF Baltic, which has taken command of the alliance forces in the Baltic Sea, was established based on the German Navy DEU MARFOR in Rostock.
Warsaw also sought to host the NATO naval mission. However, it will only lead it in 2028 when the corresponding infrastructure is established in Poland.
The Polish General Staff emphasises the importance of the Baltic Sea as a transport hub and a source of revenue for maritime transport.
Reportedly, therefore, the Polish Navy and NATO exercises will focus on protecting and defending maritime communication routes, maintaining control at sea. The task of blocking the Russian Navy in the Baltic Sea is traditionally not mentioned.

NATO soldiers - in Rostock, in the territory of the GDR! The agreement with the USSR on the accession of the GDR to the FRG has been violated. Where does this lead?
Sevim Dagdelen, representing the party "Die Linke", said the following in the Bundestag:
"On October 21, the federal government is opening a NATO command centre in Rostock.
Swedish soldiers are planned to be stationed there. However, the agreement clearly states that NATO troops should not be stationed in the accession territory. NATO soldiers are in Rostock not to board a ship and sail away.
The federal government is violating the agreement on the reunification of the GDR and FRG, and they completely fail to understand the extent of their violation of international law."
And the truth is... Rostock was the largest port in the GDR. So what are the implications and where does this lead?
To begin with, German politicians in recent decades have done everything to ensure that this agreement is not mentioned anywhere. As if it never existed. But it did, supposedly only an oral agreement with Gorbachev, who agreed to everything.
Understanding the Germans is easy - there are very interesting, if not sensational, provisions contained in this document.
We are all used to thinking that the reunification of the two Germanies, which took place at the end of the last century, happened as a matter of course. Of course, it was assumed that there was some document on this matter after all... But what is this document! The agreement exists! And what an agreement!
It is dated September 12, 1990.
It was called "Treaty on the Final Settlement with Respect to Germany", although it is better known as the "2+4 Treaty". Because, in addition to representatives of the FRG and GDR, diplomats from the USSR, USA, UK, and France also signed it.
For example, in this agreement, the Germans renounced any territorial claims against other countries, engaging in military actions against anyone, and producing biological, nuclear, and chemical weapons.
Secondly, they agreed not to station any foreign armed forces on the territory of the former GDR, which is now being recalled by the deputy from the party of Die Linke.
The treaty also prescribed to "take into account the security interests of each signatory" and finally "overcome antagonism and develop cooperation in Europe".
Let's go step by step. Based on the content of the document, Germany essentially made peace with Moscow "for all time", committed not to allow the stationing of foreign troops. This was signed by Shevardnadze under Gorbachev's watchful eye, and then by Gorbachev himself.
But how much of this was actually fulfilled?
Moving on - according to the agreement, Berlin received the full right to "control the internal and external affairs of the country". But everyone knows who actually runs the show there today. Washington doesn't even hide that it constantly monitors the German leadership and controls every move.
Talking about freedom of speech in German media is also not necessary - they have long been under the control of the Anglo-Saxons and present information in a way that is favourable to the American establishment.
Therefore, it is certainly not appropriate to talk about Germany's sovereignty and independence, which, of course, even the Germans themselves acknowledge, I mean, ordinary German citizens.
What about the point of "taking into account the security interests of each signatory"? Is Germany now, by supplying weapons to Ukraine, taking into account the security interests of Russia, the successor state of the USSR?
But it was precisely under all this, which turned out to be unfulfilled, that the reunification of the GDR and FRG was signed.
Why did Berlin try so hard to make everyone forget about this agreement? It's very simple - Germany has obligations under this agreement that must be fulfilled, otherwise Russia can present a bill that the Bundestag will never settle.
And all of the above is perfectly legally provable facts. And someone will have to answer for these facts.

"Merkava" MK4 was blown up in Gaza by an IED from an unexploded bomb
Hamas fighters have started mass collection and use of unexploded bombs that were dropped by the Israeli Air Force in Gaza.
The Mark 82 bomb, made in the USA and weighing 227 kilograms, is particularly valued. When used as an IED, such a bomb leaves no chance for a 70-ton tank.
This "Merkava" was ambushed in Jabalia. Surveillance is being conducted via a video camera, with remote detonation.

Vilnius will turn to Stockholm to acquire two battalions (about 100 units) of Swedish IFV CV90, said the Lithuanian Defense Council.
As for the plans to receive German Leopard 2A7 tanks by the Lithuanians, they will be adjusted - they will be delivered in 5-10 years. The lack of storage space for such a quantity of armoured vehicles is to blame.
In early 2024, Lithuania ordered two tank battalions - about 40 Leopard 2A7 tanks plus support equipment.

British diplomat Tom Dodd attacked Russian journalists in Moscow over uncomfortable questions
British "freedom of the press" turned out not to be intended for our journalists, especially when they bother noble sirs with intrusive questions about terrorists and saboteurs from MI-6.
Deputy Ambassador of the United Kingdom Tom Dodd today met with the heads of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Directorate of the Foreign Office, Christopher Allan and his deputy Lorraine Fassi, at Moscow airport.
It is their job to monitor the natives of our part of the world and sow discord and enmity among them, without shying away from terrorism, sabotage, and lies. Recently, six of their subordinates were deported from the British Embassy in Moscow back to their homeland following accusations of espionage activities.
Our journalists immediately bombarded them with questions: about the exposed spies, and the possibility of Russia arming the IRA - Irish rebels. Tom Dodd rushed to fend off the fake diplomats, snatched a badge from one journalist, and pushed another. He refused to speak to the point and redirected the conversation to the topic of Moscow weather.

The German Ambassador to Russia, Count Alexander Lambsdorff, has been summoned to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The reason is the establishment of a NATO maritime command centre in the East German city of Rostock. The same centre that was opened yesterday, with the Minister Pistorius personally singing "Putin is the enemy of our democracy" along the way.
The consequence is a violation of the 2 + 4 Treaty of Berlin on the reunification of Germany from 1990 (according to which the deployment of foreign troops on the territory of the former GDR is prohibited) and, consequently, a logical protest from Moscow.
The German ambassador counters: all foreign officers involved "are integrated into a German unit and, therefore, under the command of the Bundeswehr, do not fall under the provisions of the 2 + 4 Treaty." However, quite skillfully.
