To ensure an organized and efficient process, kindly review the following guidelines prior to submitting any reports:

🤩 General Reporting Guidelines:

❤️Incomplete forms or inaccurate reports will not be processed.
❤️Please ensure you have read and followed all shop policies and carefully verified your account before submitting a report.
❤️Standard resolution time is within 0 to 7 days. We kindly ask for your patience during this period.

Note: In the event of a massive wipeout, the resolution time may extend beyond the standard timeframe.

🥹Each user is allowed a maximum of two (2) warnings. Beyond this, the warranty will be considered void.

🥹Accounts with 1 to 5 days remaining are considered equivalent to a full month.

🥹Accounts without a warranty sticker are not eligible for repair services.

🤩 Important Reminders:

❤️Reports submitted without a proper vouch will be considered invalid.
❤️Reports without the required form will be considered invalid.
❤️Failure to adhere to the shop rules will result in your report being voided.

🤩 Reporting Schedule:

Reports are accepted strictly between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM only.

Submissions made outside of these hours will automatically be considered void.
