No application is pending at my end (FRESH and RENEWAL both) except for PRIME MINISTER'S SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME FOR CENTRAL ARMED POLICE FORCES AND ASSAM RIFLES for which the last date of verification is December 31, 2019.
All applications have been verified and submitted online to different ministries at Institute Level.
Still, if anyone is left out with defected application, please do check and submit before 6pm so that I can check and verify.

A group of students have been caught engaged in issuing false medical leave using the password of medical officer. This is purely a cyber crime. As an immediate measure to discourage such illegal activities, immediately all those leaves are being cancelled for the current semester. Additional punishment will be given after ISDC investigation is over.

It is for the information of all concerned thatthe Semester registration for Spring Semester 2019-20 of all UG, PG &Research programmes has been fixed on 01.01.2020. Pre-registration of all UG/PG will be done from 20.12.2019till 29.12.2019. Students failing to register on the scheduled dateare permitted for registration till 10.01.2020 with a late registrationfee of Rs. 500/-. Normally no late registration is allowed beyond 10 calendardays from the scheduled date. However, under exceptional cases, Director onrecommendation of Dean (AC) can permit late registration with payment of latefee.
Student has to submit duly signed online registration form intheir department IN PERSON on 01.01.2020positively. However, students facing technical difficulty are advised to resolve the issue[s] between 30.12.2019 and 31.12.2019 with prior e-mailintimation to acad.ug@nitrkl.ac.in or acad.pg@nitrkl.ac.in.

Software is being developed. After that separate grade sheet for minor degree will be given and regulated grade sheet will be accordingly updated. So students need not worry.

web-portal are as follows:
