In this talk, Amrit, our alumnus and now Graduate Assistant at Penn State University will share his journey and insights into pursuing graduate studies in the USA, Europe, and the UK. He will cover paths such as Ph.D., Master’s, Academic Internships, Postdoctoral, and Visiting Scholar positions. His focus will be on identifying the right programs and universities, navigating the application process, preparing for tests like GRE, TOEFL, or IELTS, and securing funding. He will also touch on understanding visa processes and adjusting to new cultures, aiming to help Indian students successfully embark on their international academic pursuits. Additionally, He will provide an overview of his current research in “Improving Context Alignment of Large Language Models,” highlighting the significance and impact of this work in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
