1. In the native application.
2. Check that the controller version is higher than 131
3. Download BLE Scanner from the market and connect. For iOS, Bluetooth assistant is used
4. Look for the attribute "6E4000....." and press the "W" button. It is almost at the very bottom, the last line of the custom service item.
5. Copy without quotes "55AB463253636F6F7465725F31", paste into the window by selecting "Byte Array". do this two more times. I did it purely once
6. Close the scanner and go to the native application
in settings, S mode settings and move the strip/lever back and forth a couple of times 5 times. I missed this step.
7. Back to stock - everything is the same, but 55AB463253636F6F7465725F30 (at the end 0)

Connection: Install the app and enable Bluetooth. You do not need to unbind the scooter from your official account.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1) Regional Spoofing: Activate a VPN set to Philippines.
2) Flash VCU: Connect to the scooter via the app. Navigate to the FLASH menu, select LOAD from REPO, choose the latest VCU version, and tap START FLASH.
3) Flash MCU: Once the VCU process finishes, repeat the steps for the MCU (select the latest version and flash).
4) Change Region: Go to the TOOLS menu and select Change REGION. A warning may appear on a gray background; tap outside the box to dismiss it. Select Global 35km/h.
Note: You can also choose "USA 32km/h" or specific "Pro" model versions. Ensure you select the correct model type. The scooter will beep several times to confirm the change.
5) Set Speed Limit: In the same menu, use the sliders to manually set the speed to 35 km/h.
6) Completion: Exit the app and restart the scooter. The new speed limit is now active.
