美國The Post Millennial引述非牟利人權組織Safeguard Defenders 發表的報告指，在2022年1月，首批30個 #中共 海外派出所在21個國家的25個城市設立，其中3個位於加拿大東岸 #多倫多 地區，2個在萬錦市，1個在士嘉堡。

這些由所謂「海外警務服務中心」由中共公安部轄下的 #福建省 福州公安局管轄，也被稱為「海外110」。對於這些中心的設立中共表示是「勸返」計畫，其實即以威脅和騷擾海外中國公民，逼其「自願」回國。
各國人權組織一直擔心中共跨境鎮壓和長臂管治越來越嚴重。

翻查加拿大新聞，左媒《The Globe and Mail》僅有評論文提及事件，其餘只有保守派美加網媒如加拿大《National Post》有詳盡報導。

加拿大香港國際線忙於搞 #跨性別運動 ，引 #毛澤東 金句，玩左癌種族批鬥，從未提及此事，而當地奶共 #杜魯多 政權也漠視這些行為。
小編實在擔心，不少香港前線也流亡到加拿大，這些抗爭者會否也正受到監視？
