The definition of antisemitism put forth by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) has been codified into law by Iowa, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, South Dakota, and pending in Indiana.

Over 30 additional states have affirmed the definition in executive actions or nonbinding resolutions.

Included in the IHRA definition of antisemitism is the belief that Jews control the media or that they are more loyal to Israel than the United States— two things that are demonstrably true but which are considered a hate crime under the law in 6 US states.
