⚠️FALL 2025 Final Exams' Guidebook⚠️

Dear students,

We would like to remind you that Final Exams will begin on Tuesday (December 9, 2025) at 09:45 AM. Please ensure that you review the Exam Schedule, your exam room and exam guidebook in advance.

Key Points from the Exams Guidebook:

❗️All students are required to read the provided exam guidebook carefully and STRICTLY follow all examination rules and procedures.

❗️All exams will be conducted on campus. And late arrival is only first 15 minutes of exam.

❗️Each student must check his or her semester attendance status prior to exam day and ensure there are no failed courses due to attendance. The final exam score of a student who has failed a course due to attendance will be considered invalid. CW (course withdrawal) can be assigned during the exam week after checking the System.

❗️Students may enter the exam hall only with their official Student ID card.

❗️Exams are monitored physically by proctors and online by camera as well for any kind of misconduct.

❗️Once a student completes their exam, they must leave the exam hall quietly. No talking or gathering is allowed near exam rooms, and silence must be maintained throughout the exam period to avoid disrupting other students.


⚠️If you cannot attend the exam due to the serious medical reason, send all the details to registrar@newuu.uz beforehand for review. Only cases confirmed by university doctor will be reviewed.
