My belief is that it’s actually FAR MORE than we even realize.

IMHO it’s another way of him telling us that the Mayor is acting or in submission…. He’s doing what’s necessary to help facilitate the Military’s wake up operation and the stings they’re running to catch the lower level Cabal minions that were otherwise going to be facilitating the migrant crisis.
“I think the mayor has been told to take the back seat because they came after him violently… they came after him like they were going to indict him when he started speaking up… and now he’s become quiet.”
