You can download it below👇 for both the Android and iOS versions (iOS requires jailbreak), since I'm currently using Classic Brawl.
Please note that the server may not be perfect; bugs will be fixed as soon as possible. However, it has undergone endless testing to ensure that progress (which is the most important thing) doesn't get erased or crash.
