Happy mid-week everyone!!
Last call for my 101 Workshop: Clarity as An Edge this Sunday from 2-5pm! 💫
If you've ever felt like you're checking boxes instead of actually living, this space is for you.
There's something magical about pausing the endless doing to tune into who you're becoming.
For my e-book readers - we're going deep into Chapter 1 together, with guidance from me and wisdom from other growth-minded souls in a cosy group of ~6 people.
Quick notes:
• E-book readers get 10% off (as a thank you for being part of this journey - just leave a comment in the form to lmk)
• Bring a friend? You both get 10% off (because growth is always better together)
• Light pre-work included (to make our time together as meaningful as possible)
Ready to gain more clarity and cut through the noise before Q4 2025 begins? 🗓

Timely excerpt by Victor Cheng below as it is ties in nicely with why I created the renewed and expanded 101: Clarity As An Edge workshop.
It can essentially be distilled into 2 questions: 1) Clarity: What do you want in Life and 2) Execution: What's stopping you? The excerpt below is one of the main blockers for point 2.
Excited to see some of you this Sunday to explore this :) 💖 -
Many people struggle to pursue what they really want, out of fear of what people will think.
When I hear this, I always ask, “Which specific people?”
As in, "What are their names?"
In many cases, the other person has a hard time responding.
They’ll often say, “You know, ‘people.’”
The great irony is that when everyone is so worried about what other people will think, they’re often too busy worrying about others judging their life to judge their own.
We all want to look good in the eyes of others. It’s certainly preferable to be admired, respected, and liked than not to be.
Being concerned with what other people think becomes a problem when such concerns cause you to make decisions differently than you would make otherwise.
When you deviate from your life’s strategic plan for the sake of validation, you risk heading in a non-strategic direction.
Rather than implement your life strategy, you end up implementing someone else’s strategy that they want for your life.
Usually, this strategy “for” you is based on their values (e.g., what they, not you, think is important in life/career) and biased towards validating their own life choices.
For example:
Let’s say we both get job offers to work in consulting and investment banking. Our tendencies would be to convince the other person to take the same offer we are taking.
When others in a similar set of circumstances make the same decisions we made, it’s reassuring.
When they make a choice different from our own, it causes doubt in our own choices.
Key insight:
Two people may face the same opportunity but make two entirely different decisions, based on differences in their values and desired outcomes.
When assessing your own choices, don’t spend a lot of time debating which option to pursue until after you’ve determined what you’re trying to accomplish and why that goal is important to you.

It’s been awhile since I last hosted a workshop and today reminded me why I love doing them. 💫
Workshops are a gentle entry point into the tools I share in 1:1 coaching.
They’re guided by me, but the magic often comes from hearing the perspectives of other growth-minded people.
That’s what makes them feel different (and a step up from the e-book): the chance to learn, reflect, and connect in a cosy, intimate setting.
A common reflection (shared again today): it’s so hard to find real conversations like this and to create space from our busy lives to pause, recalibrate, and re-strategize.
I’ll be hosting a couple more workshops before 2025 ends and I can’t wait to meet more of you in these circles ❤️🔥 🌿

✨ Starting the new week with a heart full of gratitude ✨
One of my favourite parts of this work is witnessing the small but powerful shifts my 1:1 clients experience in their everyday lives.
🌱 On money: Moving from feeling overwhelmed and out of control… to approaching finances with confidence and even excitement.
🌱 On self: Feeling comfortable eating alone in public, choosing peace and presence over loneliness — and even finding joy in it.
🌱 On relationships: Learning to lean less on others to fill a void, and instead feeling grounded and complete in one’s own presence.
Reading these reflections reminded me how growth doesn’t always look loud or flashy.
Sometimes it’s simply about choosing peace, clarity, or courage in places we once felt stuck. I feel so proud of all of their inner work 🥹
To anyone on your own journey - may you notice and celebrate the small shifts too. Perhaps some of these wins could spark something for you this week 💫❤️🔥

We often ask ourselves:
Did I make the right choice?
If it's right, then why does it feel so hard?
If it's right, then why haven't I seen the result?
For years, I thought being "polite" and "respectful" meant giving up my choices.
That was masking.
Unmasking didn't turn me into someone new - it reminded me of who I've always been.
And when I finally stopped outsourcing my choices, I realized: the right choice isn't about easy or perfect.
💫 It's about whether you can stand by it, carry it, and still see yourself in it. 💫
Here's my 3-step checklist I use to confirm if a choice is truly mine:
1⃣ Body - Do I feel tense or steady?
2⃣ Responsibility - Am I willing to own the outcome?
3⃣ Continuity - Does it connect with who I've always been?
If at least two answers are "yes," I let myself trust it.
Because by making a true choice, you become your true self.
To choose is to be.

One of the deeper learnings on my growth journey was the realization that intellectualization and rumination is not always processing.
And it can keep you stuck when it distracts you from what our nervous system needs.
That searching for "why" or making sense of it all can be beneficial at first, but it may become a dead end.
💫 One high ROI question I like to ask my clients is this -
At this current point, do you need more INFORMATION or ACTION?
Only YOU would know the answer so you got to be truthful with yourself to be able to give yourself what you truly need ❤️

Kudos to those who were at the 102: Master Your Inner Game workshop ytd 🌿
This one built on the 101 workshop (about clarity + understanding ourselves) and took us deeper into the subconscious beliefs that shape how we think, feel, and act.
We explored:
✨ Emotional regulation - staying centered when daily stressors hit.
✨ Limiting beliefs - spotting and rewriting hidden scripts that hold us back.
✨ Stress management - practical ways to handle life’s pressures.
What makes these sessions so special isn’t just the tools but the real convos with growth-minded people who want to live more intentionally.
Big love to everyone who joined and thank you so much for the incredibly thoughtful message as well 💖🥰
And since many of you have asked when is 103 coming..
💫 Up next: Parts and Patterns in Love 💫
We’ll explore how our beliefs, triggers, patterns show up in our closest relationships and how to navigate them with more ease. More info soon!!

I was deeply touched by this message from a client who’s been with me since Feb this year 🥹
Her journey is a reminder that transformation doesn’t happen overnight, but with earnestness, commitment, and the right support, it does happen.
From feeling lost and hopeless… to feeling anchored, building a strong sense of self, and moving through life with confidence. 🌱
Wherever you are in your journey, know that change is possible and that you don’t have to walk it alone 💖💪

Sometimes the work is about accepting what no longer works and letting go.
Sometimes grief is the cost we have to pay for better alignment.
Most of our suffering doesn't come from the situations we experience - it comes from our attachment to how we think things should be.
We grip tightly to people, outcomes, and expectations, hoping they will give us security and happiness.
But the tighter we hold on, the more we suffer.
Letting go could seem like a loss but can actually be a gain.
💫 What do you want to let go of by end October?

Some people crave support, but feel too shy or private to show up on a call.
Others have topics that feel too sensitive to share live.
And many simply don’t have the bandwidth for one more call in their calendar.
That doesn’t mean they don’t deserve support.
In fact, they’re often the ones who need it most.
I’ve been creating something new - launching on World Mental Health Day (October 10).
It’s called Quiet Momentum 🌱.
A coaching program designed to meet you where you are: privately, gently, and in your own time.
No live sessions. No pressure. Just a rhythm of reflection and response:
✅ You’ll receive powerful prompts to reflect on
✅ You can share your responses in writing or a voice note, in your own time
✅ I’ll send back a personalized video coaching reply with insights and next steps
It’s coaching in a quieter form - one that honors privacy, gives you space to process, and leaves you with insights you can revisit again and again.
✨ This is a special October-only program, created in honor of World Mental Health Day.
The program officially opens on October 10.
For now, I simply want you to know: if you’ve ever wanted coaching but felt like the “traditional” format wasn’t the right fit, this may be the gentler way in.
💚 If this speaks to you, share your email here in this link and I’ll send you more info as we get closer to launch!!

But I also wondered how amazing it would be if more people tried to embody this in our everyday conversations, esp with the people who matter the most to us 💖🥹🫂

Neverdrift - Live Intentionally
Some people crave support, but feel too shy or private to show up on a call. Others have topics that feel too sensitive to share live. And many simply don’t have the bandwidth for one more call in their calendar. That doesn’t mean they don’t deserve support.…
You know that feeling when everything looks fine on the outside but inside, you’re just… tired?
That’s more common than we think. Especially among high performers.
I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to ask for help.
When I was at Google, leading some mental health and wellbeing initiatives on the side, I noticed something again and again:
So many people were struggling quietly (high performers, leaders, just brilliant humans in general) but they didn’t feel comfortable raising their hand for support.
Sometimes it was fear of judgment.
Sometimes it was privacy.
Sometimes it was just… not wanting another live call in their already full calendar juggling work, health, family and everything else.
That stayed with me. It showed me that support shouldn’t only come in one form.
That’s why I created Quiet Momentum 🌱 - a private, October-only program in honor of World Mental Health Day and for those who prefer privacy, space, and timing.
Here’s how it works:
✨ I’ll craft a set of personalized coaching questions designed to help you uncover what’s really going on - beneath the surface of what you’re feeling or facing.
✨ You’ll share your responses in writing or as a voice note - in your own time and space.
✨ I’ll then record a bespoke video coaching reply (15–20 min) with deep reflections, insights, and next steps specific to your situation.
No live sessions. No pressure. Just a way to receive support in a format you are more comfortable with.
If this feels like something you’ve been waiting for, drop your email here and I’ll send you all the details before launch day on October 10.
If you’ve already joined the list but haven’t seen my FAQ email, just write to natalie@neverdrift.com to let me know 💚
