- now you can toggle on/off global buffs (edit persistent file like on image below)

[HSR 4.3 BETA] NPC Info

Spoilers:
There are 2 NPCs that have been mentioned by other sus leakers so we'd like to confirm via datamining that "Himeko Youth" and "Asat Pramad" will show up as NPCs.
"Himeko Youth" implies a child form, however the data suggests this will be her in the "Lady" model, still an NPC NOT a playable one, therefore "Youth" probably refers to her late teens like her forms in HI3. She has an animation where she is sat drawing
Asat Pramad shows up too, Male form, still an NPC NOT a playable one. He has animations such as Playing with some Dice, rolling it, a version with his hat off, being angry/happy/default

Seems interesting, i wonder if i can spawn in-game.
