Bunker by Native Way 🥳

The wait is over, ladies and gentlemen! We finally want to publicly announce our most recent project!

A lot of work has gone into setting up our bunker games, not to mention filming the promo. We think 😎 Igor, 😍 Julia and 🤕 Tim have done a wonderful job with it. What do you think?

We are currently running our games as private events on Novaya Riga and Rublevo-Uspenskoe Highway with 14 players taking part each time, not including us, but we are also looking into expanding our reach and running these games in Moscow too! Stay tuned! 👍 If someone has ideas for a partnership, let us know!

After 12 years, I’ve realised... the best parts of teaching go far beyond vocabulary, grammar and exam results.

😊 Building lasting relationships 🌐

At the beginning, every student feels like a stranger. But the more time we spend studying, talking and learning together, the better we get to know each other. Over time, many students start to feel like friends, or even part of my second family.

That’s something quite unique about teaching. Unlike in many other jobs, where clients remain unfamiliar faces, teachers often build relationships that last for years. When a student invites me to a birthday, it isn’t about networking or climbing the career ladder. It’s because we’ve formed a genuine bond.

😊 Watching students grow 🌱

The other day, one of my students and I realised that I’ve been teaching him for eight years. We started when he was just nine and could barely speak English. Now he’s 17, about to finish school and speaks almost fluently. Watching someone grow in confidence and seeing how far they’ve come is incredibly rewarding.

People often think that teachers are the only ones sharing knowledge, but the truth is that we’re learning too.

Through conversations with students of all ages and backgrounds, I’ve learned a great deal about life and started to see the world differently. Sometimes it’s difficult to tell who’s teaching whom!

😊 Feeling appreciated 👏

Not every job makes you feel appreciated. People probably won’t thank you for giving them a parking ticket or trying to sell them something they don’t need.

Teaching is different. A heartfelt thank you, a cup of tea during a lesson or a small gift on Teachers’ Day can mean a great deal. I have one student who remembers me every year and always gives me a little present. The gift itself isn’t what matters. It’s the thought that counts!

We are incredibly proud to support the inaugural AngloFest and cannot wait to attend on 13 September 2026!

It is going to be a wonderful family event with a 100% English-speaking environment, bringing together 150+ families for a day packed with activities, workshops, games and entertainment. And our very own Native Way member, Theo, will be putting on a science show! Igor, Tim and Julia will be in attendance!

Я, если честно, была в шоке, когда его посмотрела, и очень благодарна им за то, что они записали это для TINAAENG!

Самое интересное, что весь диалог полностью ведётся на английском языке. 🤩Следовательно, пока вы его смотрите, вы можете ещё и прокачать свой listening.

Также в конце видео они отвечают на вопросы, связанные с английским языком и его изучением.
