Meet Guler, @maditaninbahcesi the tallest lady in the picture.
She used to be a high school physics teacher in Istanbul. She moved to the village in the Aegean region and she now does bee keeping, lavender farming and olive farming. She sells her produce, oils and honey online.
She only sells as much as required for her living. Prefers to lead a simple life. Does not want to accumulate. She married a simple sheep farmer in the village who sells wool and sheep cheese.
Farm life can be tough. She carries a gun with her to scare the bears who come to her farm for the honey. Very brave, strong committed and soft at the same time. She has found her hapiness in simplicity.
Very inspirational.
Some questions for myself. Can I lead a simple life? Where can I start? What can I do to remove the non essentials and focus on what is truly essential.

अत्याहारः प्रयासश्च प्रजल्पो नियमाग्रहः ।जनस
ङ्गश्च लौल्यं च षड्भिर्भक्तिर्विनश्यति ॥ २ ॥
One’s devotional service is spoiled when he becomes too entangled in the following six activities: (1) eating more than necessary or collecting more funds than required; (2) over-endeavoring for mundane things that are very difficult to obtain; (3) talking unnecessarily about mundane subject matters; (4) practicing the scriptural rules and regulations only for the sake of following them and not for the sake of spiritual advancement, or rejecting the rules and regulations of the scriptures and working independently or whimsically; (5) associating with worldly-minded persons who are not interested in Kṛṣṇa consciousness; and (6) being greedy for mundane achievements.
