🇮🇩РИТУАЛЫ ТОРАДЖИ: ЦАРСТВО МЕРТВЫХ💀
Тораджи - одна из 4 этнических групп Южного Сулавеси (Индонезия).
Открытый миру после длительной изоляции только в начале прошлого века, этот народ до сих пор придерживается своих вековых верований, ритуалов и традиций.
Тана-тораджа ("земля тораджи") называют царством мертвых, смерть людей здесь является самым важным событием в жизни.
Между смертью человека и его похоронами могут пройти месяцы, а то и годы. Тем временем родственники держат тела покойников у себя дома и ухаживают за ними - регулярно омывают, меняют одежду, дважды в день приносят еду и напитки.
Считается, что в загробную жизнь душу перевозят буйволы, поэтому родственники приносят в жертву как можно больше этих животных - чтобы облегчить умершим последний путь🐃
Всю жизнь народ тораджи работает, чтобы нажить себе состояние, но не тратят их при жизни, а копят средства на похоронные ритуалы.

Tirana is one of the 4 ethnic groups of South Sulawesi (Indonesia).
Opened to the world after a long isolation only at the beginning of the last century, these people still adhere to their age-old beliefs, rituals and traditions.
Tana-Toraja ("land of Toraja") is called the kingdom of the dead, the death of people here is the most important event in life.
Months or even years can pass between the death of a person and his funeral. Meanwhile, relatives keep the bodies of the dead at home and take care of them - they regularly wash, change their clothes, and bring food and drinks twice a day.
It is believed that buffaloes transport the soul to the afterlife, so relatives sacrifice as many of these animals as possible - to make it easier for the dead to make their last journey🐃
All their lives, the Toraja people have been working to make a fortune, but they do not spend it during their lifetime, but save money for funeral rituals.
