Dear Participants!

Congratulations on taking a POWERFUL step towards making your dreams come true in 2026!

By joining a 4 hour Hands-On Online Vision Board Retreat, you said YES to yourself and your own success and happiness!

As promised, you will have your very own vision board DONE AND CREATED right then and there.

Here is what you need to prepare for January 31 2023! 

You cannot go wrong with any other suggested ideas below. Feel free to add to the mix, or leave some of them out. Once you have the minimum, it will work its magic!
                                                        Supplies list:

1.Elmer’s Tripod (36x48 in)

This is the one I recommend. It is big and wide so you can’t miss looking at it daily. And that is precisely the idea!

NOTE: you do not have to have the exact same one. It could simply be a poster board. ( Dollar Stores, Walgreens, Walmart)
There is no right or wrong regarding creating your own Vision Board! 
The bigger the better, so you can’t miss it when passing by. 

2. Colored Markers
3. Crayons
4. Pens and pencils (different colors)
5. A notebook or blank paper to write/make notes in
6. Scissors
7. Scotch tape or a glue stick (to put the images on your vision board if you are using print outs or cut outs)
8. Glitter (optional)
9. Stickers (optional)

10. Printer (to print the images that will be pasted on the vision board)

NOTE: if you do not have a printer, you can draw images on your vision board even if these are stick figures and/or collect some old newspapers or magazines where you will be using the images from.  You can also go to Staples or other places to print out the images you will need. What matters is when you quickly glance at the images on your vision board, the images elicit the desired feeling of joy and happiness in you as if it already happened. So, we are not after the perfect art, we are after the FEELING you will get by looking at your vision board and specific images you see there. 


Be creative and collect all the supplies for the retreat!
