Multi-channel support is available via rich user guide, knowledge base, on-call remote guidance, call back, ticketing portal and self-paced video tutorials.
Those using the CSpathshala English curriculum content on the MSS must update their channel via Kolibri to get the latest updates. Refer https://kolibri.readthedocs.io/en/latest/manage.html#manage-content to familiarise yourself with content management in Kolibri.
