That is the moment where the initial decision-making by the human resources department starts. Online applications are either rejected and informed by email or invited to the interview.

Those who are selected to be interviewed stand a chance of either being chosen or rejected. In case of an interview refusal, the applicants are informed via email again. The company usually goes with selecting two candidates: the most successful one and the runner-up to ensure that the employer would have a second option in case the most successful applicant rejects the offer. This ends the process of finding the proper worker.
