◉ Added option for investment activities. Smart contracts TECHNICAL DEPARTAMENT and STARTUP DEPARTAMENT serve as the official sale market for the company's tokens. Smart contacts monthly release Tokens in limited quantities and only at the official rate.
◉ SHARE EXCHANGE smart contract allows to exchange the company's Token for Token-share.
◉The Company's net profit is distributed monthly in the following sequence:
1) 50% of the funds are spent on monthly buyout of the company's Tokens with subsequent burning.
2) The remaining 50% of the funds are allocated for monthly dividend payments to Shareholders. For 2019-2020, the monthly dividend payment per Token-share is 0.025 ETH.
