For the 480 BC sample note that it does not align 100% with modern Sicilians due to some continued additional Cypriot like Greco-Anatolian admixture received between 480 BC- 100 BC, as well as medieval Norman additions for around 5-8% total contribution. This is why modern Calabrians are slightly more similar to the 480 BC sample than modern Sicilians as they did not receive the Norman-Gallo Italic admixture.
