When is a person considered legally blind ?
و الإجابة no perception of light غلط
ف لو حد يعرف الإجابة لو حضر الكلية يساعدنا لان الأسئلة مرات يكرروها الممتحنين لما مايلقوش اجابة صحيحة

و الصورة كانت keratoconus لكن الممتحن قعد يسأل في شبه تشابتر الكورنيا كله
و الإجابة بسيطة تبي بس ربط معلومات، فكروا فيها و توا شوية و نزلها
و فيه سؤال هلبا تكرر مع نفس الصورة في لجنة ثانية
How can you differentiate between primary anterior uveitis and secondary anterior uveitis, and what is the most common cause of both

Answer 1
Because they involve activity that take place in the A/C
Because they both receive sensory nerve supply from the naso-ciliary nerves (الإجابة الي كان يبيها الممتحن)


Answer 2
The most common cause of primary iridocyclitis is idiopathic
The most common cause of secondary is bacterial keratitis

So to differentiate between primary and secondary use slit lamp to check for signs of conditions that be might the cause of secondary especially corneal ulcer or check if the patents give Hx of trauma
