*This Ummah Will Rise: Not as Puppets, But as Servants of Allah Alone and with the Banner of La ilaha illa Allah*
• Former French President François Mitterrand once said:
“If the fundamentalists succeed in ruling Algeria, I will intervene militarily as Bush did in Panama.”
• Former U.S. President Richard Nixon stated:
“Russia and America must form a decisive cooperation to strike Islamic fundamentalism.”
• Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter remarked:
“The only threat now, following the Soviet retreat from the Middle East, to American interests is radical Islam. The Islamic threat is not confined to American interests alone, but also extends to Arab regimes. The United States will not permit a new Islamic revolution to spread in any Arab country of significant importance.”
• Czech President Miloš Zeman declared in June 2011:
“The enemy is the counter-civilization stretching from North Africa to Indonesia.”
These are not offhand remarks nor fleeting statements. They are confessions born from the depths of Western anxiety, expressions of the dread that fills the hearts of tyrants when they sense the inevitable rise of Islam.
Their fear is not of a group, or a sermon, or a small weapon here or there — they fear the methodology.
They dread the emergence of a generation from this Ummah that will raise the banner of “La ilaha illa Allah” — There is no god but Allah — with all its implications: a rejection of tyranny, a severing of domination, and a liberation from submission to the West.
They know that the rise of a genuine Islamic state — not in name only, but in essence, methodology, and leadership — means the fall of their idols.
A state that implements Allah’s law, not Washington’s decrees.
That rules by the Book of Allah, not by man-made constitutions.
A state that does not equivocate, compromise, or flatter — but declares: to the oppressor, “You are an oppressor”; to the disbeliever, “You are a disbeliever”; and to the people, “You are servants of Allah, free.”
Was it not this vision that terrified them in Algeria? Was it not this possibility that struck fear in their hearts in Afghanistan, Chechnya, and elsewhere — the fear that an Islamic state might emerge declaring Islam as the solution, not Western democracy?
This is their true terror: that a government might arise in the Muslim world, severing dependence and declaring loyalty to Allah alone — not to their embassies, nor to their resolutions.
This is an unrelenting struggle — between those who wish for Islam to remain confined to books and mosques, and those who strive for it to rule the earth, hearts, and minds.
