And I should shed light on Android version - it's generally possible but not on this stage. Why? The answer is simple - an emulator requires significant refactor and optimization to work on low-end hardware.

The way I emulate is way different from what you've seen in SpookyPop emulator (actually I don't like the code quality of spooky pop emulator and I admit that was a prototype nor complete emulation)

The current state of SC RE is terrible, people are begging for free and open source software while at the same time they just want to steal someone's hard work and won't even bother to mention the original author, let alone contribute.

In this picture we can observe the full lifecycle of an open-source beggar - desperately asking for the source code right up until he found out it would be licensed under AGPLv3, the terms of which will be enforced. Suddenly, open source wasn't so appealing anymore.
