CSkilled is looking for a data entry assistant to help digitize math questions from Grade 5 math book (Arabic book).
You will be given image-based book for math. You will work unit by unit to extract questions, choices and correct answers and fill a form with them. You will need a sense to classify the question to easy, medium and hard.
You need to be good in writing on the keyboard (Arabic).
Price per hour: 25 EGP (price fit with the target job - no intention to increase it)

For the Flutter job: So far, I’ve reviewed and dismissed around 115 candidates. Here are some key issues I found:
- Project Quality: Your projects need to demonstrate real depth and skill. Shallow or trivial apps don’t reflect professional capability.
- Presentation Matters: Many fail badly at presenting themselves. If I ask for a video demo of your work, don’t just say “check my GitHub/Linkedin” or “I have no videos.” We will ignore such applicants.
- Salary Expectations: If you're asked for an expected salary, don’t say “we’ll agree later” or enter vague or meaningless numbers like "5." Also, don’t ask for salaries like 30k+ EGP with no projects to justify it unless you really target high pay for basic skills. Some even write conflicting numbers like “13,000 EGP or 1,000 USD.” Do you understand the difference? If a form asks for a single number, don’t provide a range.
- Self-Ratings: How can we trust your judgment if you rate yourself 5/5 on everything, but your work doesn’t support that?
- Project Claims: Don’t claim you’ve developed "many" apps from scratch when you only list two or three.
- Tool Proficiency: In the era of LLMs and automation, if you don’t know how to leverage AI tools to speed up your work, you’re behind.
- Coding Skills: If you rate yourself 0–2/5 for writing moderately complex functions, why are you applying?
- Git Knowledge: If you don’t know Git, you’re not ready for a developer job. Learn it before applying.
- Misplaced Priorities: Why do so many candidates focus obsessively on the login screen? It’s the ABCs of every course. Show the work that actually demonstrates your effort and skill.
- Comprehension: If you fail to understand basic questions or requests in the job application, how can you be trusted to handle real client requirements?
- Form-Filling Tip: If a form asks for a number, give a number. It’s often used for filtering. Add explanations elsewhere if needed.
- Access rights: Don't share google drive link that is not accessible.
Lastly, stop complaining that “no one replies” when you apply to many jobs. If you’re making the mistakes above, you’re answering your own question.
