#UAOvBiden FAQ: What is simple explanation for Judge denying the motion to reserve unused visas?

Answer: Judge Chang doesn’t think he has authority to reserve the unused visas, and even if he did, he would not because he does not think we are likely to win because State is coming so close to issuing 55k visas.
