Answer:
Beside food, there are a another five principal exceptions to Gamp’s Law of Elemental Transfiguration:
Version 01—
01. Love: True love cannot be created by magic. Potions and spells may mimic desire or obsession, but they cannot produce genuine love, which must grow naturally.
02. Sentient Life: Wizards cannot conjure living, sentient beings. Life may be altered or imitated through transfiguration, but real creation of conscious beings is impossible.
03. Money: Currency and valuable materials cannot be conjured. Any attempt to duplicate or transfigure them is temporary or unstable, ensuring the wizarding economy remains intact.
04. Information and Intelligence:
Knowledge, wisdom, and understanding cannot be produced magically. While books can be copied and memories shared, true comprehension and intelligence must be gained through study and experience.

Version 02—
01. Money: Real wizarding currency cannot be conjured, which explains the existence of poverty in the wizarding world. If money could be magically produced, the economy would collapse. Ron Weasley’s many hand-me-downs highlight the limitations his family faced due to lack of money
02. Intentional Curse Damage: Damage caused by dark or intentional curses cannot be magically reversed. While ordinary wounds and injuries can often be healed, permanent injuries inflicted by dark magic, such as George Weasley losing his ear, remain irreversible. This limitation preserves the danger and finality of powerful curses.
03. Potion Ingredients: Potion ingredients cannot be conjured and must be acquired naturally through harvesting, purchase, or trade. Their rarity and expense demonstrate this limitation, with examples such as Slughorn collecting unicorn hair and Acromantula venom for profit. Snape also guarded his potions cupboard closely, and knew immediately when valuable substances went missing. If a wizard tried to conjure ingredients, they would not possess the magical properties needed, resulting in weak or useless potions. Ingredients may possibly be increased in quantity like food.
04. Resurrection of the Dead and Body parts:
Bringing a dead person back to life is impossible through magic. Necromancy and other attempts cannot truly restore a human being, only create imitations such as Inferi. Even the Resurrection Stone cannot return a soul to life, only a shadow of the person who once lived. Also While magic can heal and alter the body, there are limits when it comes to replacing or recreating living tissue. Harry’s bones were regrown overnight with Skele-Gro, and Hermione was able to shrink her teeth without braces, but these may have succeeded because the children were still naturally growing. Mad-Eye Moody’s magical eye and wooden leg, and Bill Weasley’s permanent werewolf scars, further show that full restoration of body parts lies beyond the power of conjuration.
