Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join our HR team, with a primary focus on recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in all stages of recruitment and a deep understanding of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall recruitment process: posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and following up with candidates.
• Perform comprehensive targeted research to identify qualified candidates via internal databases, job boards, and social media.
• Research, assemble and analyze data to effectively make recommendations regarding recruiting efforts
• Screens and interviews candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the requirements of open positions
• Conducts skills testing's to measure capability and aptitude
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates
• Effectively communicate expectations to candidates
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. 3-5 years of experience in recruiting and interviewing in a high-volume hiring environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub, etc.).
• Hands-on experience across the full hiring cycle using various interview techniques and assessment methods.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner and problem solver.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to articulate innovative ideas related to recruitment and the overall employee experience.
Benefits:
• A basic monthly net salary that is determined based on experience
• Social Insurance and Medical Insurance
• Working Hours: 9AM-5PM
• Fridays and Saturdays are off.
