🌍 9Proxy Update

For the past month, 9Proxy services have been unstable or unavailable. We’ve finally received an official update from the 9Proxy team, and here’s the current situation.

🟢 Residential GB - Restored
Traffic-based (GB) proxies are back online, operating normally, and available for use.

🔴 Residential IPs - Still Unavailable
IP-based residential proxies are still undergoing maintenance. The 9Proxy team is continuing to work on restoring the service and expects it to be back online soon.

For now, we recommend using Residential GB. We’ll post a separate update regarding IP-based proxies as soon as we receive confirmation that the service has been fully restored.

⌛ We’re monitoring the situation and will keep you updated on any changes.

🔴 Residential IPs -

🌍 9Proxy GB is back - but not for everyone.

After the service was restored, some users are still experiencing issues with 9Proxy GB not connecting at all. And the problem may not actually be with the proxies themselves. We found the cause, tested the solution, and after one small change, the proxies started working normally again.

💖 We recorded a short video showing why this happens and how to fix it.

➖➖➖

🌍 9Proxy IPs are back!

Good news - 9Proxy has restored its IP-based proxies. Proxies with per-IP pricing are now available again and operating normally.

Both 9Proxy plans are now back online:

💙 9Proxy is back on Proxy Universe — ready to use!

💖 If your GB or IP proxies are not working correctly, please delete your old Sub-User and create a new one.

➖➖➖

🌟 If you’re experiencing this issue, please contact the official 9Proxy support team @Official9Proxy and provide:

🌍 A small Proxy Universe catalog update

We’ve reduced the minimum Residential IPs package size - you can now purchase just 5 IPs instead of 10 from HideProxy, 9Proxy, LokiProxy, and 711Proxy.

A convenient option if you want to test the proxies for your use case without buying a larger package right away.
If everything works well - you can always get more later. 💙

➖➖➖

Proxy Universe
