Press Statement
The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas welcomes the joint statement issued by the Foreign Ministers of the United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Republic of Indonesia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of Türkiye, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its clear position condemning the occupation government’s rejection of the roadmap to complete the implementation of US President Donald Trump’s plan, and holding it responsible for obstructing efforts aimed at ending the war and achieving security and stability in the region.
We commend the statement’s affirmation of the need for the full and immediate implementation of the roadmap, the continuation of the active role of the United States, the Peace Council, and the mediators in ensuring its implementation, preventing the occupation government from obstructing it or evading its commitments, and proceeding with the requirements of the second phase in accordance with the agreed arrangements and schedules.
We also appreciate the ministers’ clear position in rejecting the occupation government’s attempts to deny our Palestinian people’s right to self-determination and to establish their fully sovereign independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, and their affirmation that the continuation of the occupation and policies of annexation, settlement, and imposing facts on the ground undermine the prospects for achieving peace, security, and stability in the region.
This important position calls for building upon it through effective political and diplomatic action, continuing pressure to compel the occupation government to implement what has been agreed upon, ending the suffering of our people, beginning the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, and ultimately enabling our Palestinian people to exercise their legitimate national rights.

– The Yemeni Armed Forces, by the grace of Allah, successfully targeted a military landing ship belonging to the Saudi enemy, accompanied by four military boats, in the Red Sea off the coast of Al-Mokha, using a number of ballistic missiles. The hit was accurate and direct, resulting in the ship being completely set ablaze, while a number of the boats were sunk and the remainder caught fire.

The new massacre committed by the terrorist occupation army against innocent civilians, by targeting a café at the Gaza port west of the city in an airstrike, resulting in the martyrdom of six people, including a child, and the injury of a number of citizens, constitutes a further escalation of the aggression and a deliberate bloody escalation that exposes the determination of the government of war criminal Netanyahu to continue its crimes and undermine all efforts aimed at consolidating the ceasefire and proceeding with the implementation of the agreement.
The timing of this crime, following the recent meetings in Cairo and the efforts being exerted by the mediators, confirms beyond any doubt Netanyahu’s deliberate intention to thwart the negotiating efforts and undermine the regional and international endeavors aimed at advancing the implementation of US President Donald Trump’s plan and the Sharm El-Sheikh Agreement, in blatant defiance of these efforts and in complete disregard of all endeavors aimed at ending the escalation and achieving security and stability in the region.
In contrast to this criminal conduct, Hamas and the Palestinian factions have affirmed their seriousness and responsibility in seeking to ensure the success of the agreement, as demonstrated during the recent meetings with US envoy Jared Kushner and the mediator brothers.
