Dior's Menswear Shows at Paris Fashion Week
British designer Kim Jones unveiled his latest collection for Dior Homme in Paris, sending some models out with blindfolds and drawing inspiration from the minimalist vintage looks of the 1950s. He began work at Dior in 2018 and initially introduced a younger streetwear-influenced look to the classic Parisian house. Believing that "gender doesn't matter any more", his designs are deliberately androgenous, featuring coats that transform into skirts, kimono-style dresses and jackets with bows.

A 'masterpiece of intimacy' by French painter set for auction in Paris
A French oil painting by Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Child with Toys – Gabrielle and the Artist's Son, Jean, was unveiled in Paris at Hôtel Drouot ahead of its auction on 25 November. The work depicts a tender scene of a young boy with his nanny, capturing an intimate domestic moment. Created around 1890–1895, the painting demonstrates Renoir’s mastery of light, composition, and emotional subtlety. Only two works by Renoir are known to feature subjects in this manner, making it an exceptionally rare piece.
