Artemovsk Update

Wagner PMC units are developing a rapid encirclement of Artemovsk. The speed of the offensive has reached one full settlement a day, or even faster. Yesterday Berkhovka was liberated - today Yagodnoye. On the way to the northern front of the Artyomovsk arc are Orekhovo-Vasilievka and Bogdanovka, fairly large Russian villages, the liberation of which will mark the beginning of the encirclement of already Chasov-Yar. The southern front is tightening, in turn encircling the village of Krasnoye.

The outlines of the front around Artemovsk resemble the closing jaws of a Russian bear. A little longer and the fangs - the red arrows of the attacks - will pierce the flesh of the enemy through, freeing the Russian prisoner, the glorious town of Artemovsk.

Ukrainian channels complain that the Russian Aerospace Forces have begun to use UPAB-1500V (index K029B) gliding bombs weighing 1500 kg at Ukrainian military and dual-use infrastructure facilities.

Presumably, the first use of these munitions was recorded several weeks ago against one of the facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Chernihiv region.

The UPAB-1500V was first demonstrated at one of the exhibitions in 2019 and is designed to destroy highly protected objects at a distance of up to 40 km (dropping from heights of at least 14 km).

Zin Note: From what I've seen reported, Uralvagonzavad can produce 250 tanks a year. The Economist said that 2 more Russian tank plants were a "fait accompli." It seems that Russia at least expects a couple more plants to be up and running this year to hit these numbers. That's a staggering increase in production, if true!
