Regarding the next steps for Dreambit card delivery as we discussed on the zoom, please follow these steps.

*Please note that this information is ONLY APPLICABLE for members who have paid but not received the card.

1. Visit the official Dreambit website: https://mydreambit.com
2. Click on "Register".
3. Select "Individual" and fill the fields using the same email used for DreamBit card order on the Mining City platform. No other emails are acceptable for registration.
4. Confirm your registration via email which was sent from Dreambit to your mailbox.
5. Access your Dreambit dashboard by clicking on "Login".
6. MANDATORY: Activate Two-factor Authentication (2FA) by switching the button in the right upper corner. Scan the QR code with Google Authentication application and enter the 6-digits code .
7. In the "My Cards" section, select "Apply for a physical card" in the upper right corner.
8. Complete your data by filling all fields of the "Holder Details" and "ID" tabs. Remember to upload both sides of your ID card.
9. In the Address tab, provide the delivery address for your Dreambit card. Upload proof of address on both sides, your proof of address must be valid within the last 90 days.

We would like to remind you the instructions on how to initiate the withdrawal of your Bitcoin Vault and Electric Cash from your MC account. Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to ensure a smooth withdrawal process:

💼 Creating the Wallet:
1. Download Gold Wallet (for BTCV) or Electric Wallet Pro (for ELCASH)
2. Create a new wallet within the app and securely write down the seed phrase
3. Click on "Receive" in the app to view your wallet address. Copy the address and take a screenshot

📑 Completing the Form:
1. Visit the withdrawal form: Withdrawal Form
2. Paste the BTCV/ELCASH address and upload the screenshot generated in the previous step
3. Click "Submit" to complete the form

🌐 Updating Mining City Website:
1. Log in to your MC account and enter the Dashboard
2. Navigate to "Settings”
3. Paste the same BTCV/ELCASH address in the "BITCOIN VAULT/ELCASH WALLET" section
4. Click "Save" and confirm the changes by clicking the link sent to your inbox

💵 Initiating Withdrawal:
1. In Mining City, go to "My Wallet" -> "Bitcoin Vault" or "Electric Cash"
2. Enter the withdrawal amount in the "WITHDRAW TO THE EXTERNAL WALLET" section
3. Check the required checkboxes and click "Submit"
4. Confirm the action by clicking the link received in your inbox

After completing these steps, your funds should arrive in your Gold Wallet or Electric Wallet Pro within approximately 24 hours.

Victory in Legal Battle – A Significant Win!

We are thrilled to share some incredible news with you. After a long and challenging legal battle, our Strategic Partner, MineBest, has secured a significant victory in court regarding the theft of mining machines and digital assets in China.

The Final Court Decision

The ruling confirms what we have always stood by: the rightful ownership of the mining machines and coins that were unlawfully taken. Here is a summary of the legal process and outcomes:

- Case Against the Theft of Mining Machines

The court has ruled in favor of MineBest and victory was achieved. The stole mining machines will be returned to the rightful owner Eyal Avramovich, CEO of MineBest.

The perpetrator received a sentence of 7 years in prison and execution of judgement by the authorities will take place in the next coming weeks.

- Case Against the Theft of Mined Coins

The first instance judgement was favorable. With this, the stolen coins will be potentially returned to Eyal Avramovich, CEO of MineBest.

The culprit has been received a 15-year sentences, while the defendant has 30 days to appeal it is anticipated that the final ruling commences within the next 6 months.

A Future Ahead

While the stolen mining machines have depreciated over time, this victory is highly symbolic and legally significant. The court has now officially confirmed that MineBest rightfully purchased and owned more than 200,000 mining machines for its customers. This also strengthens the position in the ongoing case for the stolen coins.

This ruling marks a pivotal moment for both MineBest and also Mining City. With today’s victory, we are more confident than ever in our ability to normalize and strengthen our business this year.

Official Announcement: Legal Updates and Road Ahead

We are pleased to share significant updates regarding the legal proceedings that have affected our operations:

1. Victory in the Case of the Stolen Mining Machines
As previously shared, the court has ruled in favor of MineBest, our mining supplier, in the case concerning the theft of mining machines.
The perpetrator has been sentenced to 7 years in prison, and the stolen machines will be returned to their rightful owner, Eyal Avramovich, CEO of MineBest.
Although the machines have depreciated over time, this ruling is a crucial legal milestone — it strengthens our position in the ongoing case for the stolen mined coins, which represents the most financially impactful part of the overall dispute.

2. Case Update: Theft of Mined Coins
The first instance judgment was also favorable, and the legal team behind, Dentons International lawfirm, believes the case should conclude within the next 3–4 months.
Once recovered, the coins will be used to launch a new Bitcoin mining operation, with large-scale farm construction expected to begin within 6 months from the moment of receiving the funds.

We are excited to bring you great news, after years of challenges, we are finally turning a corner.
MineBest, our mining supplier, has achieved a decisive legal victory in the case of the stolen mined coins. These were funds generated by mining machines that had been illegally taken over by criminals, redirected away from MineBest, and later confiscated by authorities. The court has now confirmed that these mined coins rightfully belong to MineBest. And a court enforcement order is expected to happen in the next couple of months.

MineBest has chosen to stand by our community, committed to using recovered funds as the foundation for building a brand-new large-scale mining operation, with the ultimate goal of supporting Mining City clients once again.

The vision is ambitious: the creation of a new Bitcoin mining farm with a larger power capacity than before. This won’t happen overnight, but once the first stage is completed, Mining City will be in a position to distribute mining rewards to the community.

Meanwhile, our compliance and AML review continues in parallel to ensure everything is built on strong and transparent foundations. This process is ongoing, but it is a key step to making sure our operations are sustainable for the future.
