In your opinion, which is the best version for modding? c0.3001c, b1.7.3, 1.2.5, or 1.4.7?
c0.3001c has a few mods for some reason
b1.7.3 was perhaps the first Best Modding Version and now has a bunch of "retro forks" (e.g. Better than Adventure)
1.2.5 was the last version before the client/server split and has the reasonably popular Tekkit Classic modpack, which likely had a large part in forming the idea of "modpacks"
1.4.7 is technologically interesting and has RewindMC Upsilon which is cool
the original post had a bunch of low-res pictures instead of information but i would never stoop that low :)
