Looking for a mod that adds hostile civilizations

Title. Modpack i'm working on as a concept will heavily feature minecolonies, and I want players to be able to "go to war" with possible enemy cities. Is this a thing? Mods that are close to what I want:

Hostile Humans\- unfortunately trapped on 1.18.2, but having enemy "players" like this would be sick, and make the world feel more alive.

Valarian Conquest\- This is very close, but it seems all too easy for a decked out player with minecolonies to completely wipe them. I would also prefer the cities to be bigger, but beggars can't be choosers.

Do more mods like these exist?
