Good medieval mods/modpacks that might give a good medieval, MMORPG type of feel for a large server playerbase?

Text.

I'm playing around with idea of running a modded Minecraft server again for my online community, we play things such as Mordhau, Chivlary, Kingdome Come, and all other slashers you are thinking of and those adjacent. We're big medieval lovers.

I feel like I could see the server having 50-60 players at peak and then maybe less than that when it's not as active. Maybe even more considering sister communities and more connections who would probably want to partake.

What are some things that might come to mind for you guys? I was thinking of hosting a light rp server where there are large periods of peace, with subsequent periods of PVP where people can attack other bases and kingdoms, but with siege weapons and the sorts with the emphasis of that type of combat, instead of some tryhard factions server from 2015. It would be fun too to take on a DnD type of role and add points of interest to the map as well for players to converse and fight over. Of course, in a medieval fashion where players are encouraged to take a more "realistic" and formal approach instead of end star pvp and things like that lol.

Any and all input would be appreciated!

Realistic metallurgy with temperature requirements kinda ruined other packs for me (except expert packs)
