Modpack with tiered tech progression similar to GTNH but without Greg's repetition?

I have played GTNH till HV and couldn't get through further because it felt like the same thing all over again for nearly every tier. On the other hand, I like the factory aspect and GT's aesthetics, especially that it's quite homogenous and everything in the same theme. I've also played Monifactory which definitely has faster progression and felt like the *lack* of survival aspect really didn't do it for me. Maybe I'm hard to please, but are there any packs that tread the middle ground, while keeping it fresh for every step of progression, in the early game too?
