Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred with Strong experience facilitating participatory sessions with officials and senior staff of non-governmental & experience working on USAID-funded or donor-funded projects strongly preferred
Competence:-
- Adept facilitating online or virtual sessions as well as in-person meetings
- Strong experience designing interactive, participatory workshops
- Familiarity with development and health challenges in Ethiopia a plus
- Knowledge of health and gender issues a strong plus
- Fluency in Amharic and English are required
