Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, information communication technology (ICT) with experience, highly preferable as help desk technician, coordinator, technology-based customer support related role
Competence:-
– Familiar with IVR and/or SMS technologies
– Excellent in writing and communication both in Amharic and English
– Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, communication media, and telecommunication technology
– Ability to diagnose and resolve the basic technical issues
– Good understanding of disability and associated concepts
Minimum Years Of Experience: #2_years
