Welcome and thanks for joining me! Self reliance and a DIY spirit permeates my work as I encourage folks to take their health and well-being into their own hands. I’ll share with you the things I’ve learned along my journey and you can do the same here as well.
I look forward to sharing and learning with everyone! Cheers 🌿

Cannabis is one of my favorite plants to use, work with, grow and share. It pairs very well with one of my favorite trees, White Willow. Here’s a quick tutorial on how I make my CBD Cannabis and White Willow Bark salve.
Do you like cannabis too? What’s your favorite way to enjoy it? 🥰

I was working with lavender today and created a little something special. 😉There’s nothing like fresh lavender, it’s so beautiful and calming.

Lavender angustifolia is the species pictured and what we have growing in our garden. It’s highly regarded for its potent scent and deep violet color. Lavender is associated with Mercury, the element of Air and the crown Chakra. It’s wonderful for anxiety that tends to “keep one in their head” with spinning thoughts. It’s also a great ally to help open channels of communication, inspire creativity and a healthy flow of ideas.

I was recently interviewed by Leggs & Buffalo, woo hoo!
We had a great conversation about communicating with and using plants as medicine, flower & gem essences, how to become a bit more self sufficient and more.

Around this time of year, the setting sun casts an orange glow onto Wind Mountain. This sight stopped me in my tracks last night. It’s a view that never gets old 💗

Hey! I just realized the group I created doesn’t allow you guys to comment. One of the reasons I started this was so we can share. So, I created a new group. Here’s the link:

Once folks have a chance to move over to the new group, I’ll delete this one to eliminate any confusion moving forward 💐
