Desde el año 1998 comenzó a trabajar en distintas novelas, pero sus personajes mas importantes los logró en Viva La Pepa, La Niña de mis Ojos, Mi Gorda Bella y Estrambotica Anastasia. Venezuela ha sido un gran hogar para este excelente actor y ser humano!
La pareja tuvo tal repercusión que se volvió a repetir como protagonista en Mi Gorda Bella, novela por la cual Juan Pablo fue muy premiado
