More than enough people are interested in joining, so I’ve decided to book the venue :)
I’ll create a website and open the public registration in the next few days. If you want to reserve your spot before that, send me a message (@koppelaar) and I'll send you a link to the signup form.
Enjoy your weekend!

What would happen if you dedicated one evening per week to the practice of living authentically for two months in a row?
I won't try to answer this question for you, but you can find out for yourself :)

Some quotes from people who joined the first edition:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "Inspiring, challenging and thought provoking"
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "A container in which I felt safe to explore and also safe not to"
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "I started catching myself using some techniques on random situations much more, which is absolutely great!"
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "It helped me review my values & wishes, incorporate new practices, adjust some behaviors and perceptions, and even rekindle some beautiful friendships"
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "I finally got a short haircut and a nose piercing ;)"

Transitioning into the new year can be a good time for reflection and setting intentions.
A wonderful, free tool for doing so is Year Compass.
You can download your own reflection booklet at: https://yearcompass.com
If you end up doing it and have some good insights, I'd love it if you left a comment on this post :)

During the romantic relationship in my mid-twenties, my partner would sometimes join me on the couch to ask how I was feeling. She would ask me in a gentle and supportive way, but I couldn’t get myself to open up to her.
Deep down, I would have wanted to tell her about the fear that my business wouldn’t work out and about the things I missed in our relationship. On some level, I would have wanted to be honest about all of it. But I couldn’t get myself to say the words. It didn’t seem possible. So I would sit on the edge of the couch and stare at the ceiling as I waited for her to dismiss me from the conversation.
When I read the testimonials of people who attended the last edition of the last Radical Authenticity course, it tells me how much things have changed.
I sometimes forget how far I’ve come and how big the impact of these kinds of spaces can be. When I remember where I’m coming from, it tells me how we all have the capacity to learn these skills and practices. And how we can all pass them on to the people in our lives.
I didn’t invent most of what we do in the workshop. I learned from other facilitators. I read so many books that my room turned into a library. I spent the past four years figuring out how hundreds of concepts, practices, and traditions relate to each other as I’m writing a book myself.
I’m obsessed with making things simpler, but I don’t claim that my way is the best way. I don’t even claim it’s the right way. It’s simply what makes sense to me. It’s my current opinion. And this opinion will likely continue to develop over the years.
The workshops are designed so you can evaluate these ideas through your own experience. My suggestion is to keep what you like and to lightly dismiss the rest. To take it as one ingredient of your personal learning journey. Which hopefully will send some positive ripples into your life.

Also, if you’re on the fence about whether or not to join, there’s no need to rush, but don’t wait 2 more weeks to decide, as we’ll likely reach full capacity before then 🙏🏽
And we’re full! Thanks everyone. It brings me so much peace and joy that the group has been formed 3 weeks in advance. This allows me to fully focus on preparing for the course.
If you missed out, you can still join the waiting list. Some people may drop out in the end.
Another possibility is to join Rebirthing The Sensual Self from 11-14 April. More info soon, but save the date :)
