នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅអគារអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពន្ធដារ (GDT Tower), ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីជំនាញ នៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថល បានចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៃការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ ដំណាក់កាលទី៤ ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អូន ព័ន្ធមុនីរ័ត្ន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំការងារកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ។

កិច្ចប្រជុំត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពិនិត្យលើវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ ពេញមួយឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងដាក់ចេញនូវទិសដៅការងារបន្ត សំដៅឈានទៅសម្រេចនូវគោលដៅ នៃការអនុវត្តដំណាក់កាលទី៤ គឺ "គណនេយ្យភាពសមិទ្ធកម្ម" ដែលជាគោលដៅចុងក្រោយ នៃកម្មវិធីកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ត្រូវបានចូលរួមដោយតំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន អង្គភាពសាធារណៈប្រហាក់ប្រហែល, រដ្ឋបាលរាជធានី ខេត្ត, មន្ទីរសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុរាជធានី ខេត្ត, នីតិបុគ្គលសាធារណៈ និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រមាណជិត ៦០០រូប។

On 17 March 2026, at the General Department of Taxation Building (GDT Tower), the leadership and technical officials of the General Department of Digital Economy attended the 2025 Annual Review Meeting on the implementation of Phase IV of the Public Financial Management Reform Program, held under the high presidency of H.E. Akka Pundit Sopheacha AUN Pornmoniroth Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Chairman of Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee (PFM-SC).

The meeting was convened to review the progress achieved in the implementation of the Public Financial Management Reform Program throughout 2025 and to outline the strategic directions for the next phase of work, with a view to attaining the objective of Phase IV, namely “Performance Accountability,” which constitutes the final goal of the Public Financial Management Reform Program.

The meeting brought together approximately 600 participants, including representatives from ministries, institutions, public entities, Phnom Penh Capital and provincial administrations, Capital and Provincial Departments of Economy and Finance, public legal entities, and development partners.

The meeting, held in the Main Meeting Room of the General Department of Digital Economy, focused on integrating the Cambodia E-Invoicing System with the Financial Management Information System (FMIS).
