●Expectant therapy➡️ stones less than 5 mm(pass spontaneously)
● ESWL ➡️ 5-10 mm
● Ureteroscopy & lithotripsy➡️ ˃ 10 mm
● Open surgery (open ureterolithotomy)
●dormi bascket
● Just JJ stent temporary to relieve pain

Indications for interventions
1. Persistent pain despite adequate pain medication
2. fever urosepsis
3. renal insufficiency (single kidney, bilateral ureteric stones)
4. lack of stone progression
5. Large stone < 10 mm unlikely to pass
