Times are hard because of inflation and devaluation but entrepreneurs like Frazer Brookes and Grant Cardone say recession is the best time to do business.
Yes our compensation plan has changed. In the 16 years I am in Max the compensation plan has changed many times.
Max is giving 50% of the revenu to his associates What does that mean ?
In the price of a product you have the
1. Price of raw materials
2. Price of production
3. Price of packeting
4. Price of transport
5. Benefit

When you reduce the price of the product to stay profitable you act on the price of the benefits

It is 50% of the benefits Max is giving to the associate so low price low benefit less attractive compensation plan

My husband and I joined Max in 2007. When we only had MaxGxl. The power of that product was already amazing. We saw the need for these powerful products and prepared the file to make the company come to Mali at that time. Unfortunately the founder did not want to come to Africa. Neither the first board.

We had to wait until 2010 when Joe and Prof Nagasawa came to change that mindset.
Joseph Voyticky had to take so much hurdles and hustle so hard to bring the company to Africa

What is Joe's motivation?
- to bring lifechanging products to the Ghanaian people
- to break the viscous cycle of poverty
- to bring personal development and growth
The last one is the most important one

We have all benefited from the free trainings and we have all grown together

When Covid hit hard the first measure corporate took was reducing their own salaries to prevent from laying off employees and to prevent from touching the product price
Things didn't get easier and we moved offices to cut down the costs
Unfortunately for the first time some of our marvellous Ambassadors had to go.

And inflation and devaluation keeps hitting hard on us. It is inevitable that a product produced in dollars and sold in Ghana cedis the price in Ghana cedis goes up. If you go to a pharmacy all prices have gone up. Food stores all prices have gone up even local products

We can be angry or sad but as always our empatic corporate team is one step ahead of us and has brought us a solution to build our business in Europe and US as affiliate and get more paid. I have heard the difficulties you are facing to build in the US but why not looking at Europe. Ghanaians have big Ghanaian communities living in the UK

Frazer is doing a 90 day run on Social media and our leaders Chris Tammy Dr James and Wapmaster are giving daily training on Facebook for all those who want to build better on social media. This is all on being consistent in putting out value content that attracts your dream costumers and connecting and closing the sale. Frazer never spoke about making adds and spending money to make these adds visible. He considers that not naming your product nor company is better at the long term.

I have seen the hunger some of you had to grow your business and I use these examples to talk to prospects

I can only say that when facing this kind of adversity we need to go dig deep into ourselves to find that initial hunger back Turn it into creativity and lock arms with our corporate If we don't work together Max Ghana will be destroyed from the inside by its own associates and for those who worked very hard to bring Max to Ghana that is extremely hard to witness

Find your believe back and you will find a way to work it out ASSOCIATES AND CORPORATE TOGETHER and become stronger than ever before.
