pretty much all my regulars & friends have asked me to launch a Hojicha Latte - I didn't know sooo many of you love this drink! & after sourcing for a few months, I found this dark roast that is cost-efficient w/o compromising on taste. & I've actually been using it in our yuan yang drinks, for which i've received great feedback on.

nutty, chocolatey & ever so slightly smokey, this is the perfect drink for those:
• who don't like matcha (duh!)
• are sensitive to caffeine (this has super low caffeine cuz of roasting methods - google it!)
• just wanna change it up

we don't mean to disappoint the 8 orh nee & orange lovers, but we are launching our Strawberry Matcha Latte!! 🍓

launching today (in ~10 hours time) in very limited quantities, our strawberry puree is 100% homemade. so, none of that artificial flavouring/sweetness from store-bought jams. I must have made 4 versions before settling on this recipe, but trust that I'll keep improving as more of you try and give me your feedback.

i'm capping at +/- 10 cups a day and will be selling this and next weekend before deciding if I should continue in March. tele readers get first dibs before I announce on ig! 🤭

i have a short story about my mum (she doesn’t have telegram so im safe 😁): earlier this week she asked me to make her a sb matcha. i was surprised cuz she doesn’t drink matcha. so i made her a cup, she took a sip, looked at me & said “good”. as a very Asian-trained daughter, i waited for the “but”, “could be better if”, “if only you”… it never came! 🤯 her “good” is the singaporean equivalent of “not too sweet”. i am honoured & flattered, & her 1-worded compliment trumps any Google 5-star review i’ll ever receive ❤️
