Назвавший своего акима *ГАНДОНОМ*, в суде сумел доказать, что имел ввиду французского писателя-фантаста Ива Гандона, поскольку считает, что Аким, как и французский писатель, рассказывает фантастические вещи.
В связи с чем суд полностью оправдал М. Берика и закрыл дело.
